Nice work! Thanks for adding the 1.5" dimension on the 45 degree cut at either end of the railing. Wasn't sure what that number was until I watched your video. Thanks!
I don't think I've ever seen the handrail 'returned to the wall', interesting idea, it looks really neat as well. Maybe for added clarity for a first time installer: don't just check for studs, but also for electrical wiring. Otherwise your project might run a bit out hand.

So glad it helped! Thanks for watching! 😊
Got Mamma Kay helping again. Just love her.
I like seeing that Rusty Dog being the neighborhood watch @ 2:40 😂
Anytime The Rusty Dog makes an appearance is the best part of the video IMO 😂
Great job, well done! 😊👍
Thanks so much!

I really liked the look of having it returned to the wall. Keeps stuff from hanging up on it too! Haha yes that is a good point worth mentioning!
Surprised house was sold without the railing.. it should be code
Yeah I was a little surprised too. It was definitely needed on those steps.
@@rustydogandco going to upgrade ours soon with some motion sensor LED strips, thanks for your vid for reference.
That sounds like a very nice upgrade! Good luck with the project. 😊
