He’s right. Never share your dreams with anyone not even family until it’s come to pass because u never know who is wishing u bad. Most times it’s those closest to u & that u least expect.
In other words buy a house somewhere where it's cheaper rent it out save money then use that first house to buy the next and slowly add to the collection
What happens when the renter can’t pay for it now you have to cover to mortgages. So they have 5 mortgage loans out?
I am 22 years old, lost my dad about half a year ago and I am going to receive some money soon. Would it be smart to grow my money in stocks for a few years while I am in college and then invest in rental properties afterwards, or should I go for real estate investing first?
I would advise the counsel of a seasoned financial pro. It may seem expensive, but as the old saying goes - "you get what you pay for" "Expert solutions require Expert providers" - my mantra
Agreed, investing with the help of an advisor set me up for life. Retired with about $1.6m in stock portfolio only. I worked hard everyday as a teacher for 32 years, and my salary was over 100k annually. Supplementing my income with stocks and alternative investments helped me achieve early retirement.

Simple. Go into crushing debt. Not be able to sleep at night. Project an image of success to give vague advice and sell a course. Go under when the market turns. Look up real estate syndication there is a huge issue with these ppl buying apt buildings and going under.

I have questions you spent everything you had on 1 house and 8 months later you purchased another house. Where did you get the money for the next house? You’re missing a lot of info nothing In this video explains how you purchased 5 properties. You only mention 2

I’m sure its down payment for another House but gained through renting the Apartment out and Working while saving
Fha loans. You pay very little down
Here’s the thing, you can’t believe what you see on social media. Right off the bat they made a video with a title to get attention. If you get a loan on a home even your first one with an fha, your average payment will be somewhere between 1500-3000$ maybe more depending on several factors. So how would you go out and get another loan for a property even if it’s to rent( you have to provide proof you can afford it) and when you rent say your mortgage is 2500 you may get 1000 profit after expenses on that single property and it has around 10-20 years to pay it off. So you go out and buy more properties? Stuff does add up
This is basic advice, good video but basic.
What are the step by step instructions for obtaining the first house, selling, taxes, and so on to get to the fifth.
Tell people some tips and tricks. Dealing with tenants, getting approved for loans, etc...

Buying a car that’s more than 50% of your income is crazy
That’s basically everyone nowadays and after the finally pay off their Car,they upgrade to another expensive Car and pay it off monthly so People like that will always be in debt and I know a lot of Co Workers that actually do that and they wonder why they struggle or never meet their goals
