Its kinda funny but the normal ole laws of physics apply to spirituality teaching as well, of course that makes sense for true reality is zen after all. Heaven right here in the midst of us.
Its alot like emptying/cleaning our cup of the rubbish we have it filled with, often unconciously so that abundance can come to us, our cups full of oil and the water of life just pours over our rim. I liken abundance to digging out an old pond clogged with sediment, then naturally the laws of nature fills us up with cool, clear fresh water just by physics alone...it literally has to, thus some "mean, or negative people" who clean their ponds get filled as well...

Yes!!! When we create awareness of our thoughts and feelings, we create a stronger connection with ourselves, we understand ourselves better and we work on healing, we work on letting go of limiting beliefs and we detach from all the negative stories we tell ourselves... life changes the moment we decide we're worthy !
You have no idea how apt this message is for my life right now - although ironically, by virtue of creating it, you will naturally attract those who need to hear it (I digress).
So I attended (and lost) a county court case yesterday. It was unfortunate and I had expectations on a positive outcome, against my better judgement / legal advice received.
That aside, although my case was ambiguous, the judge wasn't on my side and despite my best plea, couldn't see my perspective. I dealt with initial feelings of betrayal but quickly collected myself and recognised I was free from the mental bondage the case had created.
Everything happens for a reason and I believe this was a test of my core values, ability to let go of the negativity; and wish the other parties well.
Being forced to confront my shadow, aka my ego - I understood that holding on to the outcome would be damaging, counter-productive and create new karma by the ill-will being conceived in my mind against my bruised pride.
Later that day I recounted the events and actually found myself laughing at times. That's when I discovered the joy of being "in flow" and found gratitude for the many things currently working in my favour.
I may have lost the battle but turning that 'loss' into a learning opportunity has been the greatest gift I could have received.
Really appreciate your wisdom Aaron, always received at the right time.
You nailed it brother!! No path to manifesting is wrong, but there is only one true and authentic path. The clear distinction is that of the ego, which is not the authentic path. Ironically the ego mind will stumble upon LOA and use those older methods to fill a void within that is never fillable. Material possessions may very well be attain but authentic bliss which is what you truly seek will never be attain. True happiness comes from the healing within and the by product of healing is alignment with God. The truly healed will be supplied with abundance knowing that they lack nothing in the eyes of God. Thank you Aaron 🙏🏼 Keep up the good work.

I love how you explained this quote and the actual law of attraction (and, well, abundance) by saying :
"To the one who has abundance internally, more abundance shall be given externally.
But to the one who lacks internally, even what they do have externally will be taken from them.
Most people right now are using the law of attraction to avoid looking at their pain, rather than using the law of attraction to look at their pain and begin to heal it. The only true way to attract abundance is through healing and embodiment. When you become authentic, you become a magnet to all things good and pure, and until that becomes your main focus, then every other technique is really just a form of bypassing. Pure positive focus will only get you so far, but the moment you become truly willing to sit with and look at your negative emotions then you begin to find out what is feeding them. And once you remove the blocks within you, the river of abundance flows naturally. That is where the real work begins."

Exactly what I've been wanting to understand these days when you're bombarded with all this "I want to manifest my SP, car, money, house, etc, etc.", and although I do feel it in a way, something felt way off about this external attachment! For this reason, too, I actually recently decided not to date someone I was getting to know for a couple of months now, to 'restart' after a painful break-up I had in the autumn, but because I could suddenly see what I was a match to and see all of my past insecurities reflected in them : and, before starting to judge them for their insecurities or their lack of confidence, I thought: "Wowww.. I REALLY need to go and heal myself, fully, instead of continuing to depend on external things and people to constantly have to reassure me of the love and healing that only I can do/create within me. And who knows, we might find each other, in a higher vibration/frequency sometime, but now, I need to get in that abundant state on and for my own good, first, so that I always have this confident, self-loving, inner, non-judgemental foundation within me to rely on !

Facing yourself is not an easy path but definitely worth it! If you can find that inner peace and self love, you don't need to try and manifest anything else, you simply allow yourself to go with the flow and enjoy the ride. Thanks Aaron!
It's always refreshing to see someone who isn't sucking the life out of people who think they're being spiritually guided. These vampires hypnotizing people that something that's not even actually relevant within them is what's wrong... then they spend a bunch of money on more trickery and are left robbed and deeper into negativity than when they started. Soooo true. Once I stopped looking for techniques and actually started working on myself things literally took a turn on New Year’s Day. I’m overflowing in abundance now and I’m still focusing on my internal hardships and working on them.

I think this is the method i have been naturally applying to my life in the past year. I worked on my issues and sins first. Fixed what was lacking and strengthen my core beliefs. Chose love over selfish goals. I had no idea that i was setting myself up for amazing changes in my life. Its been a complete 180 in a half of year. Thank you for the reassurance Aaron.
Ahhh, everything is repeating itself, over and over and over or I’m just on that journey and see it everywhere now 👽! Your Subconscious will forever be providing you with what you need (mirrors and matches to your shadow and ego) to be in alignment with The All. Thank you so much for sharing this message, Aaron. The evolution of the Law of Attraction is remarkable. We used to think that we have absolutely no influence on what happens to us. Then we realized that we can attract good things to us by sending out the vibration of having them already. But realizing that the emotional trauma has to be healed first in order for us to attract good things to us makes the most sense now. Love and light from Germany.

You my brother are the Guru i have been seeking. I have been progressively awakening to my true existence and have watch countless videos on spiritual growth and healing over the last five years but none of them them have resonated with me the way you do. Four months ago I asked the Universe for guidance and to send me something or someone that could aid in my spiritual growth and evolution, the next time I turned on UA-cam one of your videos was the first one recommended for me, since then my eyes have been more open then i ever thought imaginable.

Ok but imagine I wanna have a clear, healthy skin (I have some pimples and blackheads). Do I actually have to "look inside myself" and find why I wanna have it (like what am I lacking to want a clear healthy skin)?
For exemple :
I wanna have a clear skin
What would be different if I had it ?
-> I would be attractive
Why would I want to be attractive ?
2 choices here :
A-> Guys would love me or ask me out
B->To feel prettier than people I'm kinda jealous of because they have that perfect skin... 😅
But :
A -> Why would I want guys to love me or ask me out
B1 -> So is it a lack of self-confidence ?
B2 -> But at the camp in vacations 6 boys asked me out and I find myself pretty...
B3 -> But this problem would be resolved If I had clear blablabla skin...
Conclusion :
Paradoxe :
I'm lacking in self-confidence and to heal it I gotta have [...]skin. But to attract [...]skin, I must not be lacking in self-confidence.

I also have a serious issue with my skin, esp my face skin,full of severe freckles due to sun exposure during my younger years, they're permanent ,i would choose natural or traditional treatments to better my skin. I take care my self by eating healthy,lot's of fruits and vegetables, doing exercise daily, i keep my self clean,fresh and fit. My face skin isn't getting better yet, but the most important i'm healthy inside, physically and mentally, living a healthy life style enhances not jut my health, but also my confidence and other good qualities of a person. Of course i hope my skin to get better with my healthy lifestyle,etc..,even if not i should be healthy, confident and joyful inside regardless. After all, there's a saying: It's not what you see in the mirror that's holding you back, it's what you don't see in the mirror. 🙏🏽🌱
You dont need clear skin to have confidence. You must work on your paradigm (subconscious). You must see the beauty in yourself, learn to love yourself how you are, because it's all in your head.
If you was on a desert island, just with yourself, you would not care about your appearence, because the lack of confidence come from the thought of the judgement of other people.
And the thing is that like he said, the goal isnt to have what you want now, the goal is to heal. Now maybe you want a clear skin because you are not healed, but if one day you are, maybe you will not care about having clear skin anymore, because you will be happy just like that.
Real happiness dont come from outside, it dont come from material thing, real happiness is inside of you, you can be poor and ugly and be 100x more happy than a rich millionaire believe me.
So you must focus on why you are not happy like you are, and change the paradigm (or program) in your subconscious mind that make you feel bad.
It can be hard but believe me the joy you will feel will be like nothing you experienced before.
I don't know if you know Dr. joe dispenza ? He is a neuroscientist and spiritual teacher and he made a video about the experience he made when he asked monk from tibet or nepal i dont remember, to come with him so he can analyze their brains on IRM and scanner... And he said one of the monk had the part of the brains responsible for happiness so developped that the scientist said : this guy must be the happiest in the world lol 😂
So forget the clear skin and focus on being happy like you are, and maybe you will have clear skin after that, or maybe not. But you will not care if you are already happy, now maybe you can't even imagin how you could be happy without clear skin because you are not healed, but after you will say "WHY I WAS UNHAPPY AND DIDN'T HAD CONFIDENCE BECAUSE OF A THING LIKE THAT ? 😭" lol
Rituel De Bangtan to be honest you should be working on your inner issues first, like how you are only wanting clean skin to attract males and to look pretty for other people. This method of LOA requires you to work on your inner self first. Like putting yourself first over others, raising your confidence and being happy with your body the way it is. After working on your core issues thats putting you in a state of lack, you will start appreciating yourself. Then you will start to align yourself with other things that will make you beautiful, like the universe might show you a beauty treatment that will treat your particles skin condition, or the universe will align you with a guy that will love your new energy and confidence.

Today is the fist day that I felt like, after enough healing myself, my ego doesn't need to be there anymore, and it felt like it was parting itself while smiling. Usually I feel like I'm vigorously trying to climb above the ego. But it feels like I only need enough healing, and I'm not befriending the ego, but it's just that I see it's unreality, and it surrenders itself with acceptance.

Abraham Hicks says that the only reason that we ever want something is purely for the feeling of it, so take the short cut and activate those desired feelings 👍

Through this new method, it becomes clear that every negative emotion offers an opportunity to learn about yourself and heal those old wounds. I love this! Once again you hit the nail on the head! When we realize that happiness really exists in knowing our own self as divine aspects of the creator, we let go of fear which drives much of what LOA seekers are trying to manifest....money, career, acceptance, or love....
For awhile, this concept made me depressed, I thought so there was nothing to work for if money, relationships or whatever won’t make me happy, what’s the point in pursuing these things? What will make me happy? Is happinesses even possible? Now, what I feel is contentment. Contentment in knowing I am a divine being who didn’t know who I was and struggled with fears. Now, knowing my divinity doesn’t protect me completely from things happening that are undesirable, but contentment in knowing that what happens is meant for my growth and I will go with it.....I call it finding my frequency......that place where things come to me and I can handle whatever is negative and let go of judgement of both myself and others.
Lately my wife and I have been talking a lot about when you are sitting there and a random cringy moment from your past pops into your head. Thanks to this video, I now understand it’s something I need to resolve!
When you can get your thoughts to match your desires you can align your vibration to them. Day dream about your desires WHEN IT FEELS GOOD and immediately change your focus on anything else that feels good if it no longer feels good or you begin to pay attention to the lack of your desire. Set intentions, align your vibration, and trust it is coming❗️❗️

A person cannot know what is waiting him behind his desires. Maybe something very bad is there but you don't know because of lack of knowledge. And I experienced this in alot of turning points in my life. At every turn, I could see after a while, my desires actually could be a very bad match for me. But if you leave it to the workings of the universe, the universe knows what best suits you. The best way is preparing and keeping clean your ship for the landing of offerings of the universe (not being a wannabe).
We are all connected to ourselves in the universal consciousness I think. Nowadays I have a shifting thinking to this side of law of attraction and now you shared this video with us. I thank you at heart Aaron. Love and light.

I got out of an abusive relationship and kept trying to visualize and manifest him treating me better or something better coming along but I isn’t stop to think that I need to focus on healing myself before I do that. I just recently, like a week ago (when you apparently first put this video out, lol!) figured out that what I am really all about is to have a state of mind and being that is "happy, free, and at ease" - and that everything else that I had previously worked at, and jotted down in forms of desires and would-be affirmations were these three simple yet so profound states of mind and being. They embodied everything!
After realizing that everything else felt so much easier - it was all about putting me in that state of mind, and what do you know, one can do that anytime, regardless of inner or outer circumstances.

15 years ago I networked with LOA people and became so frustrated because of the competitive triggers I was constantly dealing with. There was an environment of bragging. The, being Spiritual mindset, was equated with how much stuff you could show for all your meditation work. Like, it felt a lot like the world I was trying to leave behind except that these people were sooooo HAPPY! Any lack or unhappiness was supposedly a perceptional mistake. And it was something that brought out to immature "expert advice" too often, so few people were being honest about their struggles. We were only half relating. We bond by sharing all of our experiences but in that EGO LOA community, we weren't.
That ego LOA is where we can get stuck - until we realize it. Even the great manifesters eventually outgrow that stage though. It was where we were then and that was good too. All parts of the path have value.
But what you share here is quantum leaps closer to the true self. Waking up we are!!!

I have been on a beautiful and rocky spiritual, and physical journey towards healing. I feel so different from my old self, even 2 years ago, have enjoyed the fruits of letting go of limiting beliefs, judgement, and self loathing, worked on past trauma with psychedelics, discovered the bliss and love that is awaiting us, available to us, behind the veil... but I still suffer from dermatitis/skin inflammation. I have a different attitude toward it these days, it used to bring me down, trigger depression and downward spiral into despair. Now I accept it and believe in healing...

This is so true, healing is the essential first step. luckily for me I found Louise Hay before I had ever heard of LOA so I had done most of my healing work. when I discovered LOA I was excited to try it out and wanted to manifest money but quickly into the process I realised it wasn't money I really wanted it was the feeling of the freedom I thought it would bring. I don't have wealth in cash ( I always have enough) but I feel like the richest person alive every time I see my children! go for a walk in the woods or even opening the curtains and seeing another miraculous morning before I get ready and go to work. If we visualise that we have our desires and are completely healed, LOA orchestrates a series of steps that will make us effortlessly move into a state where we choose healing. Visualising isn't necessarily shallow. We don't have to force ourselves into practices that will lead to healing. Submilinal programming while sleeping cleans up the subconscious mind.

@@AaronAbke I used to watch her videos. And she is a good teacher. But I have yet to find ANY teacher on any subject able to explain complex issues and concepts as easily and succinctly as Aaron.
Dori Thurmond i think hes better then teal swan, ive watched over 30 teal swan videos and still don’t understand a single thing she says. She brings in new words every video but doesn’t explain what the words mean. Aaron on the other hand teaches like he is talking to you one on one, which is easily to understand and follow.

I have spent years trying to manifest the life I want but nothing has been working. I watch 20 UA-cam videos, meditate, visualize, affirmations, etc but nothing good comes through. I have learn about LOA since 2006 and have manipulated some but the last 2 years it’s nothing but setbacks. I realize my inner wounds must heal. Watched your videos for the first time and you make perfect sense. I feel like I’m falling apart completely, can not function at anything anymore. 😢Thank you 🙏

What’s funny is, I’m always desiring to help someone else even at my own expense...that’s where I draw my strength and joy from...at the same time, I really don’t want anything...however, that being said, things I would like to have almost ALWAYS find their way to me...I’ve never acquired anything through traditional methods such as saving, planning, etc...for some odd reason, it finds me, and I instantly know where it came from and what to do with it...which, in turn, leads me back to sharing and helping someone else...it’s almost magical, lol...thanks for the understanding as it’s greatly appreciated
All of my favorite teachers/sources basically say shadow work and self-discovery/healing blocks/acceptance is the way to go. They kind of all have the same way to go about it, too.

The problem arises when individuals are not consciously aware of their negative core beliefs, fears, and unhealed traumas. Shadow work and healing may occur when negative content of the unconscious is brought to light and looked at on a conscious level. Only light can reveal what is hidden in darkness. Occasionally, a major traumatic event constitutes the trigger whereby an individual recognizes distortions in the belief system and can then become open to the healing process that leads to change. This can take time. We do not heal negative core beliefs by wishing them away but by confronting the hidden truths they reveal to us about our misperceptions. Desire generates beliefs; beliefs produce thoughts; thoughts create emotions; and emotions color our perceptions.

This is helpful info. I did not know about healing component, but was already in process when found myself in the manifestation process. Through developing a relationship with universe, I got the sense that there was an essence of the "monkey's paw" theory at work. That idea, alone, was a bit disturbing, lol.... So, this is comforting... Thank you, Aaron, I love your story & style. You are an angel💝💝

Matthew 13:1-23 - "Parable of the Soils" . You have to clean up the inside first. "..seed falling on good soil refers to someone who hears the word and understands it. This is the one who produces a crop, yielding a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown.”
The clean up is just belief, it is perception. All you have to do is realize that you are capable no matter what. Any condition _(a limitation)_ for creating or manifesting whatever in your life, it is you creating it thru your belief systems. Never mind the past, never mind what you believe you seeded or did not seed.
