This one just means to not get hit at all during the fight, which can be pretty hard. There are 2 main things I do want to say about this challenge that could help. 1. All of his attacks can be dodged in any way, so you can dodge left, right, or duck because all 3 work. 2. Whenever he's spinning his head, acting like he's dazed, just quickly dodge.
1:17 , Challenge 2: Gain 9 Thunder
What I suggest doing for this one is to ONLY hit him when he's flashing yellow, because he can't go into phase 2 if you never hit him with a normal punch. What I think helps to keep track of how many you have is to use your Thunder as soon as you get all 3 slots in the top left corner filled, so that way you can just divide your progress into thirds.
3:52 , Challenge 3: Miss no more than 1 punch
This one took me 10 minutes to find the easiest way to do it.
Anyway, for this challenge what you should do is every time you hit him in his rear while he's purple, wait a bit to make sure whether he's still purple or not, as it's pretty easy to get carried away and accidentally throw a punch when he moves out of the way. And try only punching him twice every time he either dodges or does that fake stunned thing in phase 2, as it's pretty easy to miss a punch because you swung too many times.
This was probably the hardest description to try and write for any of these challenge videos. - Ігри

Something I found for no. 3 is that the game seems to count a thunder punch as a miss (for some reason), so you can only do 1 thunder punch, and if you do, it means you can't miss any actual hits.
