♡ Tips For Making Hot Cocoa Bombs ♡
~ If you're making a lot of bombs, you can prepare all of your decorations in advanced and keep them in an airtight container at room temp.
~ It's best to wear gloves when handling the bombs to prevent visible fingerprints
~ Work a cool environment
♡ Storage Tips ♡
~ Once you're done decorating your bombs, place them in their appropriate packaging or an airtight container and keep them away from direct sunlight. Keep them in a cool and dry place in your kitchen.
~ In my experience, I've made my bombs only 3 days in advanced. If anyone has made them earlier please comment down below :)
~ Can you use a different milk alternative? Yes, you can choose your preference of hot liquid.
If you would like to add anything to this list of helpful tips please feel free to share with our amazing community in the comment section, thank you for the help!
but halloween colors are orange, purple, green and black
although pink is also beautiful, I had never associated it with that holiday
Hey Gisele! Love the "pasteloween" theme that has become so popular, even though the classic colors are here to stay...I just LOVE it all!! Lol I noticed in a couple of your last video's you've been using Almond Bark instead of your usual Ghiradelli or candy melts...any reason for the change? Do you like the flavor of the Almond Bark compared to the others? I've been getting into the "spiced apple cider" bombs with butterscotch or salted caramel shells, are you going to do any of those as well? Have a nice evening. Big ((Hugs)) and Love from Texas!! xoxo : )
Set your molds up-side-down while they set, then the shape does not flatten at the bottom and you have a small flat lip to 'glue' the halves together.
Great video! I just watched a previous video from a few months back where you used Ghirardelli white choc wafers. Any reason why you switched to using white almond bark for the recent videos?
EVERYTHING about this video is super cute. 🌺🌸🌺
So cute! Do you have a video that shows how you tie and position the ribbon bow?
This was an amazing tutorial you truly have a gift and a lovely teaching voice!!
I'm thinking about selling these at some upcoming Christmas Markets. If I make several in advance, how long do you think they'll be good for and how would you store them? In the refrigerator or at room temperature?
Can you please make a Do's and Dont's video for making hot coca bomb please
MY DAUGHTER LOVES HALLOWEEN, SHE WOULD LOVE THESE, BEAUTIFUL COLORS.💕💕
I really love this! You are such an inspiration. Thank you so much for sharing your gift!
What did you use for the bats, and did you purchase the mold on Amazon? For bats
You did such a great job on this. Easy to follow and great tips! Thank you for sharing!
Excellent video.
Beautiful bombs!
How did you wrap the ribbon on the backside of the box?
Those plastic containers where your pouring the chocolate from where did you get them?
Hi ! These containers are absolutely amazing !! I purchased them from Amazon and I have the direct link just below the video description 😊
Can you tell me what size molds you used?
Can you set the bombs out on a coffee bar? For how long?
Hello 👋 I feel like you definitely can, as long as the environment is not hot you can set them there for a couple days and will be fine.
If you don’t mind, would you please link where you got the silicone cups and molds from 😊
How many days in advance can u make bombs?
How do you store them?
Tia❤
Hii, once you're done decorating your bombs, place them in their appropriate packaging or an airtight container and keep them away from direct sunlight. Keep them in a cool and dry place in your kitchen. In my experience, I've made my bombs only 3 days in advanced. I can't give you an exact answer because I haven't made them too far in advanced but I hope this helps!
These are super adorable! I can’t wait to recreate these.😍🤗
Hello 👋🏽 PPP, once again You are awesome 👏 🤍💗. I love it ! Many blessings 🙏🏽 and good health 😄🌸🌻🌼
That was fun to watch
How do you keep you chocolate from not hardening when putting your cocoa bombs in the fridge???
So is the almond bark not actually almond bark? It appears to be just a bar of white chocolate...
I love these.. and it made me order some molds( not these specific one) but my molds came rolled up and now they are all wonky looking . Do you know if they will fix themselves.. thanks for any advice

@@PrettyPastelPastries Question can I use food coloring or does it have to be oil based? Please let me know 💓
😍😍😍😍😍
Ahh these are so adorable
Amazing as always Gisselle! Thank you!
Out of the 3 chocolates you have used(Ghirardelli, sweet tooth, almond bark) which one would you say is your favorite? 🙂
Hi, i know its not pretty pastels replying but i have tried all three as well. In my personal experience i would say my favorites are sweet tooth fairy(when working with color) and ghiradelli. The almond bark is a little too sweet and sometimes a little transparent. If ghiradelli is too expensive sweet tooth fairy is awesome for color just chocolate ghiradelli is always the way to go. Because the white chocolate in ghiradelli is a little yellow so for colors again sweet tooth fairy is best.
Hii, my favorite is still the Ghirardelli melting wafers, I love the taste and consistency the most. Although sweet tooth fairy definitely comes in at number two. I like how bright this is in comparison to the Ghirardelli, that one is more of an ivory color and the almond bark is great to use as well, the only downside is having to cut the bark every-time you need some. Thank you for asking this question!
So so cute ! Spooky but cute, I love it 😍
Very kool
COOOOL 💙🌼
Soooooo cute😍😍👏
Hey!
So gorgeous
Yesss been waiting for this one ❤️❤️
I love these🎃🥺
Soooo cute!!!
The black and red Chefmaster coloring change the taste to my chocolate and they have a bad smell. Has anyone experience this? Could it be a bad batch?? Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated 😊
Hi Yashy! about how many drops of black or red chef master do you add? I’ve noticed this too when I add a lot of drops to my chocolate it tastes really bad and has that smell. Like trying to achieve a really rich black or red color. I don’t think it’s a bad batch because I’ve experienced this too. I like to start with a black or red candy melt and add extra candy color if needed to make the color more vibrant ✨
I used chameleon brand when I use black and it gives an awesome smooth texture to my chocolate and no taste change
@@PrettyPastelPastries I couldn’t say exactly how many drops but it’s a lot… trying to achieve those deep colors takes a lot as you know. The smell is straight out of the container without adding it to the chocolate… it’s awful and like you said the taste is just as bad. Thank you for the recommendation for using the color melts, I’ll give it a try.
@@dcordero1984 thanks so much! I will look into this brand as well. Going to try colourmill next. I’ve heard good things about it.
So amazing 🤩
Beautiful 🥰
I do mine perfect, my issue is that it melts in my hand when I assemble it together. How do I avoid that?
I’ve learned that wearing gloves like she does helps from the warmth of my hands melting the chocolate .
@@mercedezgonzales3242 I’ve tried that but it doesn’t work
Hey Zara! What type of chocolate do you use? Do you use candy melts or real chocolate?
@@PrettyPastelPastries I use Callebaut white chocolate, I feel that it’s the best for my clients. They hate hard chocolate. They hate how it breaks whenever they bit into the strawberry . So when I use Callebaut chocolate it’s more soft and melts in their mouth. So I just use the chocolate for the rest of my desserts.
Callebaut okay, and totally! The taste is exceptional. I also use that chocolate and not till recently I started experimenting with this chocolate and I noticed it really has to be well tempered. I didn’t temper my chocolate correctly once when making cocoa bombs and started to melt very quickly once it got to room temperature. I’m saying it can most likely be this. I’m not sure how you temper your chocolate, but if your chocolate is melting when you’re assembling it leads me to this assumption. When chocolate as you may know is not tempered it gets soft and melts quickly among other things but when it is tempered it doesn’t melt easily and can stand more of a high temperature.
Que lindooo! Parabéns! 😘
Gracias! 💕💕
So pretty🎀 I was wondering if 1 tablespoon was enough. Pretty sure the amount is 2 Tablespoons per 1 Cup of milk.
Thank you! and 1 tablespoon I found is perfect, with the combination of the chocolate from the cocoa bomb shell. You can always trial test your bomb and see if it needs more sweetness ✨
Wow 😍😍
💕💕💕
Girl I love your work ! 🥺☺️❤️❤️
Thank you so much!! ✨❤️
