Showing Off The Best 18LP Box Set Bill Evans The Complete Riverside Recordings I Ever Got

This is my 4th time to obtain this gorgeous 18LP Box Set The Complete Riverside Recordings of Bill Evans by Victor Music Japan. But this box set I got this time is THE BEST! The box is nearly intact wit just a little damage on one corner of the box. OBI intact with stain, the inner boxes looking like new. English booklet and Japanese booklet are just fantastic. The vinyls? Wow...I don't think the previous owner ever spinned these 18LPs! All are immaculate MINT! even no spindle wear! Crazy right? Sorry but I just wanted to show off this PERFECT BOX SET of Evans.

This box is an absolute gem. The sound is absolutely stunning! There is no better way to hear the Riverside recordings of Evans than this set. I believe that the individual VIJ releases from this period probably use the same stampers, but I can’t remember for certain. Maybe someone can confirm?

that is a great set. The Victor music version is better than the Fantasy US pressed version. Both are pretty tough to find. In addition to the Bill Evans and Miles box set, Victor Music Japan also issued the complete Riverside recordings of Thelonious Monk. Another tough set to find.
