    I'LL TRY THAT CABLE CROSS TRICEP EXERCISE. I DO A VARIATION LYING DOWN ON A BENCH WITH DUMBELLS.

      I LOVE THE RESISTANCE FROM THE CABLES PERSONALLY SO I RECOMMEND. I USED TO DO THE BENCH VERSION BUT THEYRE BOTH GOOD
