I’ve digitised my (extensive) wardrobe. It’s brilliant. Especially for choosing outfits for events, or for packing for trips. My biggest tip: take screenshots of the photo from the brands website or your online order where you can. Taking photos of all your stuff is annoying. I catalogued a few things every day, and did it over several weeks. Did a good declutter as well because you go through your whole wardrobe at the same time.

More than 500 pieces! Omg you have a lot of closet space. I am envious, girl! ❤ It will take time.to get through the digitization process, but step by step you will get there. Wish i could talk to you about this process because I have been there. 🙏 Digitizing your closet is totally worth the upfront pain. It will also help you see if you have duplicates because its right there in your face with the images in the digital closet.
You are so right on the duplicates. Going through my blazers I saw that I had several black and navy jackets with the exact same silhouettes. I can see how I kept buying the same thing over and over again…what a waste! Happy to have you as a source of experience!!!🎉🎉🎉
I digitized jewelry too. 🎉. But after almost 3 years of having a digital closet, I would only recommend uploading statement jewelry pieces not daily pieces. I stopped logging them in my daily outfits as i dont need to track their cost per wear anymore. 😅 I know i love them and they're not going anywhere.
