If it didn't have a Kermit on the date wheel it would be taken seriously and nobody would question it, There is a new black cased orange dial model available which I'd like to review
It's grown on me a great deal since my first impression. I don't own an Oris yet but when they do stuff like this I find myself getting that itch. Thanks.
Good stuff. Definitely a happy watch like Timex Snoopy. And I applaud Oris for rethinking lugs, links and bracelet to make them stylish, modern, compact and comfortable, very much in same spirit as their Aquis.
@@ClickSpringReview yes the only problem is how many of these are you going to sell to people who aren’t genuine Watch enthusiasts ? 3.5 thousand English pounds is a lot to ask perhaps £1000 more than a lot of people would pay. it’s a very good watch with a fantastic movement though
Oris Kermit watch is not a limited edition but seeing how few are available what will the limit be? The light green color is off-putting for many so they are manufactured by demand. The total manufactured might be limited to ??? numbers.
I have a feeling its going to be like Seiko's SE models were they only make it for a year Gary , My 78 year old granddad got himself one and loves it because of green
Just a quick FYI if anyone is concerned about the “no micro adjustment” situation: Oris does provide a special 1,5 link in the box. So if you can’t get a perfect fit with the normal links, you can insert the “special link” for fine tuning the length of the bracelet. It’s not a micro adjustment as we know from a lot of clasps on other watches and you can’t adjust it on the fly for “Swelly wrists” ;) but at least you can get a perfect initial fit. Just thought some one might like to know. All the best M
Cheers I found I could size the bracelet perfectly for what I needed Marcus , So many people want on the fly micro adjustment but don't want to pay the extra 300 for it
Nice one! Also for fans of Kawasaki?! I've not seen these in the metal, but it seems a nicely finished watch. Good amplitude on that movement too. My problem with these is the price. I'm sure justified buy the movement, but too high (for me at least) for a fun novelty. Maybe at old Oris pricing, people might have bought for summer fun and muppet-based nostalgia!
@@ClickSpringReview Very interesting re the amplitude. I'm no watchmaker, but I'd assume high amp is a good thing? I wonder how it varies with wind state and therefore impact on accuracy across the power reserve..?
it cool a little because of the impulse from the escapement but if anything, any higher would be a bad thing , interesting side note a way of slowing it down is too over fill the end stones of the shock setting with more oil
I am absolutely mesmerized by this piece.
Such a refined over all package, outstanding.
Its even better in the metal when you get to feel the lightness of the titanium
People seem to either love or hate it. I love it. Yet would like to see it in a fashion watch price range.

I think the power of this watch is : looking accessible but being luxury
A lovely presentation of a fine 'Kermit' watch; I've always loved Oris. Thank you so much for this ~Wendi UK 🌻
Thank you Wendi, glad you enjoyed it :)

I does feel amazing light and my granddad ended up buying it
Its a fun watch.. nice..
I like the way it stands out myself
I wasn’t so sure about this one…. But your review has changed my mind. I like it a lot! Very whimsical.
I was the same myself before I got to handle it Mr K but with it being titanium and that green dial it feels special I found
I think this is great. The ProPilot X is a future classic and it's great to see them having fun with it.
I do like this one David it just feels so light and gets noticed on the wrist
Great video. Love the reference of brand icons at the beginning
Cheers it did make me laugh Zach :)

I was really glad to get my hands on this one, was so much better than I expected matey
Love what Oris do
Its a funky one this
I would love this watch, grate review 👌🏻
Cheers Andy I think its pretty cool plus my best thumbnail to date LOL
Love it, funnily enough it seems to be my favorite version of this watch.
I didn't blame ya matey it feels great on the wrist being its so light and looks different to every other watch because of it colour
It is a very nice looking watch for casual wear. Would buy it if I was wealthy enough not to feel guilty.
Its a cool summer watch Oscar and has real wrist presence on the wrist without being to big
@@ClickSpringReview certainly it is! Who knows. Maybe in the near future I will jump in the Kermit Train 😅
Realistically, after omega with James Bond, this is perhaps the second biggest watch celebrity you could get
and even then its a close call :)

You are right, but saying that my granddad who wasn't a watch guy (at the time) brought this very one after I reviewed it

I never thought of Kawasaki but yeah its same shade of green and yeah the amplitude was the highest of any watch I've ever reviewed James

Great vlog as usual. Like the watch but wouldn't buy it even though I love the Muppet Show.
Thanks Gary I only recorded this one yesterday but wanted to get it out straight away as its still a pretty new model
I think I'd just get the gray tbh
Thats fair enough, In someways I do like the way the green stands out from a distance
The arc doesn't do a good job at all which is disappointing.
Sorry not sure what you mean there ?
🤢🤮
🤣🤣 what's wrong with day glow green :)
@Click Spring Reviews why not sponge bob yellow
Like Rolex and Rado have done with their dials
