Love book hauls! I just finished Assasin's Apprentice. Wow, what a writer that Hobb lady is :) I have the illustrated editions The Farseer trilogy, and the UK editions for The Liveship Traders. I also have that Dune edition; I agree, super cool. That Conan omnibus looks incredible. I think I have to get that...I had no idea RJ wrote some Conan books! Thanks for the video!
I'm starting Royal Assassin tonight! I love Hobb's writing style and am looking forward to reading more. Those illustrated editions are NICE; the only reason I didn't get those is I think I want the entire Realm of the Elderlings to be the same (UK) edition. Thanks for watching and commenting!
Nice Haul! I'm actually reading the last book (Assassin's Fate) of The Realm of the Elderrlings and taking my time (I'm halfway through). Robin Hobb is an amazing writer, a little bit slow pacing but great character development. I hope you enjoy the ride as I enjoyed mine. (to be honest, I struggle to finish it not because I don't like it is because I know that won't be any more books). Great video!
Hey man, I’ve been reading a ton lately and just found your channel. Fellow musician here, used to play with the Air Force bands. What sort of music do you play/what’s your musical background?
Awesome, glad you found the channel! I was a music ed/trumpet major in college, did a masters in conducting and now teach HS orchestra. Nice to run into another musician! I had some friends from college in the Air Force bands - one in the Airmen of Note and another is still in the band in San Antonio.
