Hello fam! We hope you enjoyed this week's video with Zoë! 😍 We had sooo much fun filming this episode! In case you didn't know, we have a blog site where we write articles on all things Beauty Within! 💖 We also have an article for this video that you can check out here: beautywithinofficial.com/2019/11/06/sensitive-irritated-skin-skincare-tips-to-rebuild-your-skin-barrier/ Thanks again for watching, lovelies! 😘😘
What a refreshing video! I'm really enjoying this content of bringing in brand owners such as Zoe and Liah to discuss their brand ethos and products, there seems to be a trend lately on UA-cam showcasing dermatologist's point of views and whilst they're super informative, these feel so casual yet engaging. I love how Zoe mentioned that her moisturiser could potentially be too heavy for Felicia instead of glamourising the product, very thoughtful!
I had no clue who Zoe was before this video but I am now a fan. Doing my homework on her products now and I’m very impressed. Thanks for the great content! Also lmao at how confused Rowena was at the Aussie-isms
I'm from Australia and a huge fan of Zoe. I've got oily rosacea prone skin and the Go-to Face Hero and Exfoliating Swippies have changed my skin. The night I use the Swippies and Hero, I wake the next morning with skin that is super soft and redness diminished.
This was such a happy, cheerful video about skincare. Normally skincare videos are so complicated and scary like am I even doing all the right things. But this one just calmed me down. Looking forward to more easy and happy chats
Can definitely say the go-to is the way to go!! I was so confused and unsure when searching for proper skincare, and I picked up the go-to range and slowly integrated each product and after a month my skin is already so much better! It's clearer and moisturised and when I get dry patches or irritations, I just chuck the face hero on and it sorts it out! It's definitely a great range to have as your base skincare to add other brands to and go back to when irritations occur!
I won't lie, at first Go-To caught my interest because it was just so aesthetically pleasing, but I wanted to try a sample before I bought a full-sized product and now, I love it and what it stands for. And this whole video was the cherry on top for my interest in it, you guys are amazing, Zoë included!
I have extremely oily skin and aaaalways love to listen to Felicia and got excited for this episode, because the first time ever I've used face oil is FACE HERO and I LOVE it! It feels soo good and smels sooo good, I put it everywhere, even on lips, eyes, brows, hands. I'm sharing it with my mother too (she's 62) and don't regret trying at all!
I only use Go-To skincare and absolutely love it, I am 14 and find it’s improved my skin so much, yet keeping it simple! I just wish it was a little cheaper tho...
I've been using Go-To for years, and it's so great! It's one of the only brands that I trust will always make my skin better, no matter what product I try. I especially love Face Hero, it's an amazing facial oil (and really affordable compared to most oils).
This was an excellent interview. I just received the face hero oil and transformazing masks. I'm 40. No wrinkles. I'VE JUST as of quarantine started to take an invested interest in skin care following a breakout about a month ago. I was a dove soap and whatever moisturizer I happened to have around kind of girl. No nighttime routine. No sunscreen. We can say I've saved ALOT of money over the years so maybe I shouldn't feel too bad investing in myself after all these years. It's never too late to care for your skin. Had I started 15 years ago I probably would have damaged and stripped it by now.
That affirmation on the Transformazing Sheet Mask is EVERYTHING. You Ladies have done it again❤️👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽❤️Thank you Zoe I will be checking in with my local Sephora and trying these beauties🥰🥰🥰I so LOVE THIS CHANNEL💯💯💯👌🏽
At the end of the year can you please do a video on your TOP favorite skin care products on each category like cleansers, toners, serums, moisturizers and so on. I have oily skin and I would love to know what skin care products does Felicia recommend. I'm sure people with dry skin would love to know what skin care products does Rowena recommend. You guys have tried a lot of skin care products and I would love to know your top favorite products. im always willing to try new products that will make a difference in my skin specially if there affordable. Love your videos❤️
I just literally placed an order for the exfoliating swipeys on Sephora a few minutes before I clicked on this video...without ever knowing much about the brand or it's founder! I'm even more excited that I placed the order now and can't wait to test out the brand for myself!
I know this video is old now lol But I have just started trying her products I’m Australian and had know idea this was her brand. I have tried a sheet face mask hands down THE BEST face mask I have ever used. I will be buying more and also trying out some more products 😍🥰
Hey guys! Love everything about this channel! I just wanted to note for rowenas eczema - if you can get your hands on this local aussie product it will literally work miracles for dermatitis and/or eczema it blew my mind when it completely cleared my severe dermatitis - the company is called nundle natural skin solutions and the cream is called “the man cream” (I have no idea why it’s called that but TRUST ME) good luck! 😊❤️
Do you recommend rose hip used with something else or not used with something? I use kate Somerville acne face wash, and niacinamide in AM and bha at night. Moisturizer day and night. Should I substitute something or just add on rose hip? Appreciate your input!! :)
PARABEN! I encourage everyone to research more about it (and not just any blogs but real scientific based search 0! Kenna Whitnell talked about it and she said there really was not enough clinical study that says it is bad. It is sad some products don't have paraben and I felt like I am wasting money because I have not used up a certain product because it reached the expire date. No paraben means less shelf life because there is not enough preservative to combat bacteria etc.
The products mentioned seem a tad bit expensive to use on a daily basis, as for someone currently suffering from a skin irritation. Is there any other alternatives?
You can find a good product. Let's say sebamed. Or etc... Go on cosdna.com search out their ingredients and see if there is any acne/skin irritation allergens or sorts. Things like fragrance are to avoid. Too much different type of beneficial things(example tons of different oils like lumin's are to avoid) use something that have just enough.. Maybe 3-4. You might want to check what kind of ingredients you are allergic to and see if a product fits well.
Too bad their products have fragrance. Their packaging is really cute and their ingredients look nice but fragrance irritates my skin so much :( It’s a no go for me
So I've been using Wilderb body oil on my face (I have compo skin) and it cleared my skin up sooo much. Their face cream is so light and I would really love if y'all would check it out!
I think what Felicia was referring about the sugar liquid is like the koolaid and crystal light mini liquid bottles that you add into a bottle or cup of water... maybe🤷🏻♀️ 🤣
I don't know about this specific oil but I also have dehydrated oily skin and what I do is this : aloe vera gel, wait a bit then I apply some oil (camelia oil works really well on my skin but it does has an oilier feeling than say jojoba or hemp oil ) on top so that it keeps the moisture provided by the aloe in.
hi i have a lit of texture on my forehead and i have blackheads on my nose😬i also have combo skin so i can get dry sometimes . Anyone got tips/advice for me????
Nice vdo but plss improve ur audio quality in vdo s ..it's so low sound even wen we raise ful volume of fon. I love the way Felisha does kidding at her skincare Tim bkstage vdo..lv to watch dat. Pls add those cute things in vdos
Oh, that's strange! The product links are from the Sephora website! If you're still interested in the products, you can try here: gotoskincare.com/?cookieset=true&storefront=AU Hope it helps!
Trying to be soothing as possible to sensitive skin... adds fragrances. You do not need to add fragrances, I repeat you do not need to add them just because they smell nice. It's nice in the moment to smell like lavender or roses but feeling your face burning hot and stinging later you really won't care that your face smells "good" . Don't be a company promoting skincare to sensitive people and have the most commonly sanitizing ingredient present in your products, it shows lack of awareness toward your consumers skin concerns.
As stated is in all NATURAL fragrance and such a small amount it would not affect the skin. Zoe is so right In saying a nice soft smell to a product is so needed. I have paid fortunes on skincare that overcharges and doesn’t use any fragrance, though only 1 product out of over 25 in that certain rage worked for me.... GO TO always works for me and I will always be a huge supporter

Wow this episode was amazing
Really informative.
Thanks guyyyysss!! 😍🙏
I love Zoe! As an Aussie I’ve been a long time fan. I also bought her first Amazinger book. She’s so awesome and funny and humble.

I love how they seem like talking to a friend. Spontaneous. Doesn't sound like promoting.
Ever since I found this channel, I'm obsessed

The video I didn’t expect but need. Can’t believe you got Zoe on your channel. Love Zoe, Hamish & her kids... cute & whitty family.

Zoe seems really sweet and softly spoken

ROWENA i love your outfit !!!! giving me 90s teacher vibes 😍
Had a teacher named Mrs Nguyen. She used to dress like this.
Love Zoe & her products!! Her face hero oil is literally a face hero.
I only use Go-To skincare and absolutely love it, I am 14 and find it’s improved my skin so much, yet keeping it simple! I just wish it was a little cheaper tho...
Zoe is so delightful!!! Loved all this idea of going to basic skincare routine!

Omg you got ZOE FOSTER BLAKE on your show!!! Amazing

Loved this video and enjoyed listening to Zoe's rationales behind her company. was really refreshing!

Too bad their products have fragrance. Their packaging is really cute and their ingredients look nice but fragrance irritates my skin so much :( It’s a no go for me
They did? Too bad. I was gonna try one product after this video. I'm sensitive to fragrance too
Miss Briteside did you try the nephew rice firmament?
She said it's in minute quantity tho, but for me any fragrance or essential oil makes my skin break out in hives 😭
Ugh same! I was so excited to try their facial mask. But the fragrance was so strong I really couldn’t handle it.
cosmic_lotus_eater Yeah, me too :(
cordial every aussie child's go to drink. I think the american version is kool-aid except thats a powder not syrup
Guys, what are your thoughts on ‘Gladskin face wash’ and the one from neutral? I’m trying clean skincare products
When Felicia mentioned about Cordial I was like yea yea yea 😅😂
She is so loveable! 😍

Has anyone tried the Aveeno Oat Milk Shampoo? What are your thoughts?
She is amazing!
