    4 years ago today and I still come back to watch it, Aaron, you are the greatest UA-cam fisherman out there, I have learnt so much from your videos, no click bait, all about the experience and your grind is contagious!

    • @stillwateroutdoors59
      @stillwateroutdoors59 9 років тому

      +Michigan Mister I only ever fish lakers jigging or trolling from a boat or through the ice. I suppose you could catch them from piers in some of the great lakes? Just thought they pretty well shut down at night.

    • @tymesho
      @tymesho 9 років тому

      same here, but off the piers during the fall, you can hook up after dark on floresant crank baits when your throwing for pre- spawn salmon.

    Hey Aaron,I'm new on you tube and I'm thinking on getting Final Cut Pro for an editing software, I heard it's good and I've tried a free trial and it seems really good so, do you just upload the video from the software itself or save it on a separate file and upload it from there? Please respond, Thanks

    It's amazing how the mapping feature used to be so proprietary and cutting edge.
    5 years after that and i can buy the same feature attached to a budget garmin unit.

    what rod and reel were you using?

    • @uncutangling
      @uncutangling  7 років тому

      The reels that come on Frabill combos, I've had good luck with most inexpensive ice combo reels. If it's mild or I am fishing inside a shack, I enjoy using a nicer option like a Shimano Stradic or whatever your favorite summer reel is, but in cold temperatures, the ultra cheap plastic reels end up being smoother, and you don't need to worry about banging around your good stuff on the ice fishing grind.

    What kind of lake trout are those ? Our lakers in scandinavian countries are far more cleaner and they have big ass beautiful black dots on the side. That fish looks like a alcoholic version of scandinavian trout :D

      It's because they are two different species. Lake trout(salvelinus namaycush) in NA is actually char species and is not native in Europe. I'm pretty sure you are talking about lake form of brown trout(salmo trutta) which is known as "lake trout" in most European languages including Scandinavian ones. Literal translations are sometimes funny in that way.

  • @zeevang6223
