I'm happy to see that someone is having good results with their trident. Mine is 1 month old and I'm still correcting defects caused by Neptune's poor QA. First I spent days resolving water sample errors caused by a salt crystal in one of the tubes. I thought to myself SUCCESS while I watch water flow. Then I started my first test ... TEST A FAIL ..
Neptune support cannot help much except to walk me though steps that I am doing myself in trying to work out bugs in a $599.00 product.

That’s crazy can you not take it back ? Sounds like you need a different unit ?

    Hi Ian,
Thanks for the content! So... how has the trident been over time? Really considering one but haven’t seen many vids that cover it after a few months...

Hi it’s so far amazing!!! I’m well happy with it, it’s actually saved my tank already when my calcium reactor return pipe was blocked

@@ianscoralreef8265 how is the accuracy once you calibrated as opposed to other kits?

@@paulukreefer5012 it didn’t even need calibration it was the same as my hanna checker straight out the box 📦 they tell you to run it for a week first and then use the calibration fluid if needed! Mine was spot on from day one !
But with all hobby grade kits it’s more about the trends of the results and because the machine does it you know it’s done the same every time.
