I'm happy to see that someone is having good results with their trident. Mine is 1 month old and I'm still correcting defects caused by Neptune's poor QA. First I spent days resolving water sample errors caused by a salt crystal in one of the tubes. I thought to myself SUCCESS while I watch water flow. Then I started my first test ... TEST A FAIL .. Neptune support cannot help much except to walk me though steps that I am doing myself in trying to work out bugs in a $599.00 product.

@@paulukreefer5012 it didn’t even need calibration it was the same as my hanna checker straight out the box 📦 they tell you to run it for a week first and then use the calibration fluid if needed! Mine was spot on from day one ! But with all hobby grade kits it’s more about the trends of the results and because the machine does it you know it’s done the same every time.

That’s crazy can you not take it back ? Sounds like you need a different unit ?

Hi it’s so far amazing!!! I’m well happy with it, it’s actually saved my tank already when my calcium reactor return pipe was blocked
