This story reminds me of the young lady who was being issued a ticket for speeding. As the cop was finishing up the ticket, the entitled young woman said to him, "I thought you all didn't give tickets to women who were beautiful." He said to her, "We don't. Here's your ticket." That cop is my hero!
I thought the same thing and I've been laughing about that since this showed up on my feed an hour ago.

I find it so fascinating how it’s always “1-2 drinks about 2 hours ago” like they don’t hear that every single time they make a dui arrest.
I had 2 drinks. I had them 2 hours ago. Should I drive?
Probably not.
@@kenw2225 2 drinks 2 hours ago is barely anything, unless you’re an infant, in which case I’d say don’t get behind the wheel. Drunk infants driving is a big problem around my town
Yep, always only 2 😂
Ironically, I had a roommate that would only drink two beers, but two would get her _smashed._ If shed ever drove like that, they'd probably be shocked to find out shed been actually telling the truth about that one
"If you can't move your eyes like that, you can't drive." Perfect.
Alcohol is great for lesions in your digestive system. Good to see she's taking her rare disease very seriously.
My EXACT THOUGHTS!!! I have fibromyalgia and they want to test me for Multiple Sclerosis as well due to having the symptoms and because my mom had it ..I’ve been scared but will be tested soon. But I know I’d never get belligerent and be two times over the limit! If I even drink and it’s very rare I may have a glass of wine or a margarita….I’ve honestly never been drunk and I’m 38!

It's astounding the amount of 'medical conditions' that only play up when you're pulled over for DUI 🤔
😂😂😂
Actually I was pulled over twice by the police because they thought I was drunk and I was acting drunk , struggling to put a sentence together , couldn't stand properly was very confused and had brain fog I didn't know at the time all these things had happened to me because I was lost . The police were convinced I was on drugs or alcohol . It happened once and then I was fine for months and then it happened again and I was fine.. Anyway it turned out I had been suffering with diabetes and nobody had picked up on it and I had critical low blood sugar levels each time I was pulled over
They’re so sick while so young 😢
@@laurarules3642 Wow I'm guessing obv the police called for an ambulance, due to your state which was not improving in fact worsening, it's horrendous it was missed by them & medical staff at hosp blood sugar test/blood test would've shown it straight away. Don’t DRINK AND DRIVE! I lost my best friend in 89 due to a drunk driver, so drunk, he hit her, reversed over her, hit her again. She was 15 years old, walking home from a friends house. WHAT RIGHT DO YOU HAVE TO SELFISHLY TAKE A LIFE, BECAUSE YOU ARE TOO ENTITLED TO ARRANGE FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO DRIVE? YOU are no better than a murderer.
Wtf
My sincere condolences.
I feel so bad for her, wasn't even her fault she got into that. Do you know what happened to the driver?
I swear I think I’ve read this comment of yours on tons of DUI videos.
I’m so sorry

It's a verbal *YES* Whilst also shaking your head *NO* .🤣
When he said no it was the most honest answer he gave the officer!

Drinking & Driving is one thing that there is absolutely ZERO excuses for. I USED to think my dad was a little over cautious, even if he had 1 drink from his beer, he absolutely refused to drive. He didn’t care, if it was 1 drink from a beer & driving down the road, he absolutely refuses to drive (I use past tense bc he doesn’t drink anymore. He wasn’t ever a heavy drinker, just when he would be working outside all day, he would have a beer or two after he was done). I/we would tell him “Dad your fine to drive. Your not under the influence, legally your fine” but he absolutely refused to. He would either have me drive him to town if he needed to go (or my mom or sister) or he would just tell us what he needed. Now that I’m older I have so much more respect for him for NEVER driving. He said it was NEVER worth the risk of hurting someone else, himself or risking loosing his license. Just one more reason why I have so much love & respect for that man.
My dad said the same thing and I didn't heed his warning. It stays on your record your entire life and that was 40 years ago.

Society created the mindset and mentality of these self entitled people by not holding them accountable for their actions and behaviors from the very beginning..
This reminds me of the tiktok clips I've seen floating around. I'm me, so you can't do anything. It's disgusting.
Yeah boomers really created a wonderfully godless society for the youth.
This entitled mentality all started with “participation trophies” and it’s just gone downhill from there.

How did the first girl "try to get out of DUI"? She followed directions and was respectful after failing the test.
The rare disease excuse. Claiming that it could possibly give her balance issues.
@@binyamj i disagree, she answered truthfully when he asked if it would impair her balance and told him “to my knowledge no (it does not impair my balance). all in all she complied and never argued with anyone. she also was fine at the station as well and after being told that she would have to be booked
Agree. She doesn’t belong in this compilation.
This is the type of interaction that makes cops say “why can’t all of the arrests go like this??”.
Yes I agree with you!
That first girl was so sweet and cooperative. Even being double the limit, she seemed to be able to handle herself pretty well. I'm impressed she didn't cry or throw a fit like most people do.
I’m just wondering what they blacked out at the end of it
She stripped for them after telling her life story hence the officer saying she went from "boxing to bikini"

It works great at getting them into cuffs. They are cuffed before they realize what is happening. If you go through the whole "you're under arrest, turn around and put your hands behind your back" they are much more likely to resist, either verbally or even physically.

20 Uber rides are basically cheaper and way less of a pain than a 1 DUI.

I know i was doing something illegally so i have to pay the price for it, but that doesn't mean they can't still treat me like a human being!
@jlau9268 yeah man I've been treated good most times even when doing wrong i.e. driving without a license I was able to go to court obtained a license and then it was done, but then I got pulled over with my gf with about 7 cops cars and them all drawing weapons on is because someone called about seeing a gun leaving the Walmart parking lot...at the head of the 7 car brigade guess who it was? A female cop who pulled over the completely wrong description of vehicle meanwhile they made my girl lift up her shirt in the middle of the most busy intersection in town embarrassing her all because this lady cop can't follow directions. I always wondered why cops will often say, "The legal limit in 'this state' is 0.08." When I was pretty certain that was similar to a federal law, and was just 0.08 across the board, no matter what state you're in. So, I looked it up, and learned that Utah is actually the only state with a different legal BAC of 0.05. Learn something new everyday.
Interesting
Most people don’t realize that, in MANY states where 0.08 the BAC legal limit, the law ALSO states that if someone has a BAC above 0.05, it’s up to the “LE officer’s judgement” on whether or not they believe the individual is intoxicated!!
Then they forgo federal funding 😂
Y'all are just stacking in the knowledge! Very interesting!
And underage drinkers are allowed .02. But that's really not even relevant because that's nothing. People the next day after drinking a 6 pack of beer could have a .02.

the second cop is the perfect example of what a cop should be in my opinion. I don't know much about how american cops usually are, but this is a good example. Calm and polite yet firm, and professional, knows how to display his knowledge of being a cop.
Guy was pretty calm and cooperative too, that helps a lot
I'm from the UK and our media loves to criticise American police for being aggressive and reactive. Although there are times where they do deserve such criticisms it appears to me that American police 99% of the time do attempt to treat people with respect and a big part of it is your attitude towards them. Lies and resisting their instructions are definitely a big part of a lot of the examples you see where people wouldn't have been shot or harmed if they'd have complied. 3 grinders? Is that like a sub sandwhich?
@@noobie1890 It depends. If it’s over a traffic violation like driving past a stop sign without stopping, family of police usually get off with a warning.
sad part for me is, i wouldn’t even be able to complete these tests sober my balance is literally horrible lol
It’s more about being able to listeners and then follow the instructions
@@fainitesbarley2245 "able to listen".
@kay-te8qp - don't feel bad, the tests are designed to fail you. It's all about stacking the deck against you.
They'd just breath test you and not even get you out of the car in Australia
This is brilliant. These drunk people are fun to watch. I'm glad this kind of footage is readily available for our entertainment! 🙂
@@goosetooth2593 - Me too
Same 😂
like the guy who couldn't get into his house and was using cards to get in.
Imagine if one your biggest life mistakes or regrets was posted online for the world to see? That would be so entertaining wouldn’t it?
@@pinksugaar - That is very true and exactly why I wrote the original comment - to see if anyone would oppose the voyeurism that "reality" videos encourage but I think the subtlety is lost on most, except for you (So, good on you!), which is fair enough because I don't reckon this textual/written form that we've all adopted over the last twenty years or so is very good at all at discerning real emotion or intention.
Sad, isn't it?
The one cop seemed to have vendetta against dudes wife lol
@tdkkdt the guy himself NEVER brought his wife up or name dropped her. The cop is the one that brought her up. I was like, "What??"
idk, the first one seemed like she was very cooperative and cordial.
She was, and very sweet!
She blew 0.16 twice the legal limit, so there’s that
@@paige9140 We were referring to the video calling her entitled and arrogant. Quit being jelly. So there’s that!
@@gordonsmith5637I agree.
@@sarahd8093 pick me, lmao
How THE F*CK did he even start his car? He's tryna open a Yale lock with a credit card!!! 🤣😂🤣 @29:07 This dude is so funny.
9:25 The Sheriff got 1 day in jail (time served), $1,081 fine and 30 day awareness program. No way anyone who isn't an officer gets that lenient of a sentence.
I dunno, some sentences I see are bonkers... Dude steals a car from bar tender at the end of the night, blows past police going like 100, crashes 2 minutes after destroying the vehicle on the highway. Got like 3 days and $5,000 fine...
It's absolutely disgusting how law enforcement and justice system cover up each other when they step out of the law. When in reality they should be held to a HIGHER standard then everyone else and their penalties should be more sever than say a Walmart worker.
You should see the lenient sentences criminals get out of plea deals for murder
Before that he said u were caught drunk driving we offered to take u home and get your brother to pick up the truck but u continued to drunk drive. Is that an option for everyone? Lol
Nope youre wrong. Most people get it downgraded to a civil citation, like a driving ticket basically.
Bahahaha EVERY drunk driver always ends of with at least one "disability" when they get busted 🤣☝️Sir, sir, sir, sir
I would go straight to the breathlyzer; I would fail a lot of these tests stone cold sober.
@mattyg69ification You can’t count down from 46 or walk a straight line ?
@@ckunderck7318 Not the straight line; my balance is off from an ear injury when I was younger
His prior stroke renders him unable to do the FST eye follow test, but it's OK for him to drive. SMH 🙄
Before body cams imagine how many times this has worked lmao
free job 😂😂😂
60% of the time, it worked every time
Well it worked on the third guy who “wrote the book”. They pulled him over earlier that night and took him to his brothers instead of arresting him.
from a guy who tried living with 2 very beautiful women. the entitlement here is on another level. They are simply not worth all the trouble. ughhh
I'm confused, why did the woman who thought that they were prejudiced against pretty people think that that had any bearing on her case?
because she's pos human being who doesn't care about other pals life
That alphabet piece was hilarious 😂 19:40
@@gerhardvaneeden5615 ABCE😭
So nice to know that a stroke keeps you from doing standard tests, including not moving your eyes. But, makes you perfectly fine to safely drive a car.
17:35 thank you to that officer that put that man in place for asking for special treatment
I'm drinking and driving now. Find me. 😅😅😅😅😅
Lol facts. I don’t drive without an open container on me
Still drinking and driving. You want to still check idvim ok to dribe?,, I'm on routec9 now. Find me!!!
I'm still drinking on route 9w exit 2. On shoulder
In still drinking. ........
Ah, the old “I’m related to smart people, so that makes me smart too!” defense. Then, there’s the “I have lawyers in my family, that will sue you!” threat.
the fact that they had to use the other lady's face for the thumbnail not the one that actually claimed "you don't like pretty people" is hilarious
Disgusting that the one guy says that he just dropped his daughter off at bible school, driving drunk!
NEVER take the field sobriety test. It’s designed for you to fail.
But then when you declined they force or try to force a breathalyzer! If you decline both they still charge you and make it worse on you!
😂😂😂😂 americans
In Sweden they just breathalyze everyone even for just speeding. Yeah, this happened to me in my neighborhood with my kids in the car at 12 noon. I was going 6 miles over the speed limit a block from my house. Neighbor walked by and watched me get breathalyzed. I blew a 0.00 but it was embarrassing. $300 ticket.
It only incriminates, never exculpates.
Omggggg stop!!! Clayton tried swiping multiple cards to get in his door. 💀💀💀
I still do not understand why he wasn't charged with drink driving. This councilman was disgustingly drunk -- embarrassing AF and he should've been charged with drunk driving 100% I hope he lost his position. He's a freaking alcoholic who clearly needs rehab
Cop: "Do you have any medical conditions that would impair your balance or ability to walk"
Drunken girl: "Yes, I have a lesion in my intestines"
Cop:
Thank you for your service!! Keeping us all safe. I lost a loved one by a drunk driver it’s very painful and what a loss he was going to be a heart Surgeon just think of all the lives he could have saved!! Again thank you for your service!!!
Oh, how terrible. Sorry for your loss. DUI should face harsher penalties IMO
I’m so sorry for your loss.:(
They're not keeping ANYONE safe. They take them in just for the money. They have a clear and set way to pay basically $20k and to get their licenses back. Do you have any idea how many people are murdered by drunk drivers who already had a prior DUI?
If LE actually cared then they would make the punishment MUCH more severe. By taking these people off the road completely for a long term duration. Not just beat them over the head, steal from their wallet and turn them loose again. Don't be such a fool.
I'm so sorry . Sending you prayers and hugs. Drunk driving is so horrendous. .
YES,-THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE!!!!!!!!!❤️🙏❤️❤️❤️❤️-& MY CONDOLENCES😔😪😪😪❤️❤️🙏❤️💕❤️
When these drivers are asked to take the sobriety test so many of them claim to have some medical condition yet strangely none of these conditions seem to be bad enough to stop them driving.
Uhh you don’t stand and drive?
