TORNADO RISK rising - MAJOR HURRICANE & COLD NEXT?

Parts of the country, especially the northern plains and upper Midwest, are at risk of tornadoes on Thursday. Next week, a hurricane is possible, and cold air will move into the northeast as we move into October.
