- Played completely blind this is a fun beat em up from the nickelodeon series danny phantom. It has good music and graphics and its kinda fun and I don't have too much trouble getting by it. I found out after I beat the game on a walkthrough that there's another mode called mission mode where you have to beat all the levels again and some conditions to get another boss at the end of the game. Too bad I didn't know prior but that's a pain anyways.
I like how at the start of the game, you play as Dan phantom. You see his health and how much power he has, and the first time you play as Danny, you see how big of a gap in power Dan has. Dan is gaining energy just by existing while danny has to go back to human form to recharge

so wait...is this game saying that the canon name is "Dan Phantom"? I thought that was a fan name since he's not actually given a name in TUE. even Butch Hartman calls him Dark Danny but...are we agreeing that Dan Phantom is the canon name? (tbh it makes sense since by the time he's 24 Danny will probably go by something like Dan). I'm surprised he didn't come up with a more evil name. I feel like he would just say "I'm not Danny anymore I'm just Phantom" but maybe they couldn't do that since there's already a superhero called The Phantom

Look, let's not beat around the bush here, I think it was pretty obvious this episode would be my #1. The plot centers around Danny getting stressed out for the big CAT test at school. His sister especially is worrying about him since she got the highest score in the history of the CAT. Things get especially troublesome when a ghost named Clockwork is tasked by this shows versions of The Watcher's to kill Danny so a dark future doesn't happen. Because apparently, in the future, Danny becomes the most evil ghost ever. It's even darker than it sounds and that's why I love this episode so much. It shows just how much one incident can impact not just us, the people around us. This is a timeline where Danny loses...pretty much everything. His family, his friends, his credibility as a hero, and most importantly, his humanity. Despite the silly way the episode is set up, the episode still manages to be incredibly dark. So yeah, just like Teen Titans and Ninja Turtles, my favorite episode is one of the darkest and most mature in the show. However, it is for good reason. Episodes like this see the heroes face odds unlike any other. The Turtles had to face a nearly invincible Super Shredder, the Teen Titans had to face the incarnation of all evil, and Danny has to battle the most evil ghost in the world. While this episode doesn't have an insanely epic battle as Owari did, or as big as a sense of dread and hopelessness as The End did, but it did have a great message. The episode is trying to tell us about the power of choice. As I said, how one incident can spiral into a storm of destruction. It's something that applies to real-life almost every day. There are other great things about the episode, like how Jazz finally reveals to Danny that she knows that he's a superhero, Danny got a new power in the form of the ghostly wail, seeing Danny's rogues gallery 10 years later Batman Beyond style, hearing Eric Roberts giving a really creepy performance as Dark Danny, the late great David Carradine also guest stars as Clockwork, and of course, the origins of Dark Danny and how he came to be. I'm planning a top 15 darkest cartoon moments list so I'll talk more about that scene there. This is the episode I come back to the most because like a lot of other episodes on this list, it's a fun ride from beginning to end despite its dark tone. The episode has its flaws like the Fright Knight serving Dark Danny out of nowhere and that goes nowhere, and future Vlad trying to kill Danny and that scene doesn't go anywhere. Danny shows up later perfectly fine so what's up with that. Still, that's only two. The Ultimate Enemy truly is a fantastic episode.

They didn't cancel the show, it finished but the finale was rushed.
MasterTJT 56 the show was really good tho. Wish they would make sequels with the same art style and same voice actors.
@@queenviren it wasn't cancelled, being cancelled means not being able to finish. Danny Phantom had a finale and concluded, yes the 3rd season is known as the black sheep among fans but it still enjoyed it despite some lore changes and what not.
Shows that were cancelled would be My Life as a Teenage Robot, Invader Zim, Robot and Monster, Mighty Bee, and a surprising one was Fairly Odd Parents (it was a back and forth thing)
@@queenviren not really Butch mention it was as popular as FOP and Spongebob but it still got a decent amount if support. Also the creators stated that Kim Possible ended after the movie but like you mention about the fans, they gave it another season.
@@queenviren Plus Danny Phantom as many mysteries that should just stay a mystery. Because with the recton of stuff in season 3 made somethings underwhelming. Like with the whole the "ghosts are actually monsters" instead of people who died crap.
