So hard to watch your first beer go down the drain! There is a local brewery near me that serves "steel" beers to this day. Glad you guys are still going. Cheers!!
It was difficult but once we made the decision to pour it, we felt relieved and started with a fresh batch the next day! Fresh XPA was better then steel beer 😂
Great story and very inspirational. We just ordered our equipment for a similar sized brewery and hope to retain our passion as you have. The big investment makes me very nervous!
