I used to cruise the Venice beach sidewalk on a eboard and its fun to drift around sandy curves...at night without all the foot traffic.

You could flip it easily. Just switch 2 of the 3 phase wires that come out of the motor. Order doesnt matter.

another favorite board, like all the other boards your reviewed. lol
it's not the worst thing to have wheel slippage, it **saves** the belts and drivetrain from chewing itself up. Fab, the english words are slip, and traction. or you can say loses traction. Or even wheel grip, but traction is specific for forward motion.
This board is either brilliant or crap, because everything is custom, the trucks are injection molded plastic, (which is fine if the engineering is ok) etc. Linky have the potential to make a lot more than boosted, since they don't buy a Loaded board, caliber trucks, etc.
It all depends on the implementation, but the design is amazing and very well thought out.

It's really nice, but the price seems pretty high. And if you buy 2 you get the second for half price. At that point instead of making it an "exclusive" thing for people who can pay 900$ (second for 450$), set it to 600$ and way more people will buy it.
Ps: could have put the electronics etc in the front and then motor in the back. Either way to me it's like a traveler board. Busy city, too many cars and this fits under your desk no problem. At 600 i would probably buy it.

There making more impossible to take lithium batteries on board any plane .most won't let anymore because of the battery fires on planes. So even though the foldable option is awesome you still in time won't be able to take this on any plane which sucks because this would be a freaking sweet board .
Would you make a review about 'Backfire II Galaxy Edition' ? @PRESS RESET reviewed it on his channel, but would love to find out your take on the board. To me it seems the best board when it comes for value vs benefit, decent range, speed & acceleration...might be an understatement.

Electric skateboards are forbidden on public streets all over Europe. You can legally ride them only on private property. That said, all you have to do is try not to attract too much attention and kick it when you see the police

I tried that board on their Venice, CA meetup. I felt they could have done better. The reason for the front motor according to the designer its for safety. So when you step on it and accidentally throttle all the way up u don fall back....the controller has bad connection with receiver. The brakes respond late. The wheel slippage happens every time if u are not used to it. Overall I wouldn't buy this.

as we explained the remote that you tried had an old firmware that we already improved....sure we won't sell a Linky that is not braking properly. The other prototype indeed didn't have that problem. It was our bad to put this old software inside. The wheel slippage happens because you tried the sport mode, and if you are not used to it the wheel is spinning. If you tried other electric skateboards (not the chinese one) with a similar power of our and you accelerate full throttle in the sport mode you would be kicked out of the board super easily, wrist are really easy to brake. The main reason of the front wheel drive in any case is the design...short cables means more efficiency. Cheers!

Haqim Hatsuharu mmh 30 minutes is as unlikely as their 16 km range. I'd say it takes 45 minutes to 1 hour and a quarter, and will do 5 to 7 miles. Battery is probably the same as boosted

It's too niche. Majority of eboard buyers don't really care about a folding board. Just want comfort, speed, range, and handling.

I mean the motor is in front cause your are riding it the other way... If the direction of the motor is switched than you have it in the back. ALso makes way more sense to have weight and the big part of the board in the back... In other words that Italien guy is high and has the motors running the other way... that' no magic... The motor can turn either way, it just needs to be set in the control unit or the wires on the motors switched... lol, you guys smoke too much weed wtf ? :D (even the deck is pointy in the back which should be in the front) haha, motor running opposite direction... I am done...
