When looking for bait fish, are you using your graphs? I fish a lot of tidal rivers and have noticed that I catch more bass when I have marks on my graph indicating fish.
Sometimes I am using my graphs, sometimes it is the presence of birds and baitfish flipping on the surface!

What bait should I use for fast currents
I would depend on the season, but I would start with a crankbait or a jig. You may have to use a heavier and more compact jig to get down to the fish depth.

@@jimmywang9535 I have had really great success with a Chompers 5/16 ounce or 7/16oz ounce finesse jig. My number one go to jig on tidal water/Fast current. Black and Blue!!
