Yard Flooding-French Drain Contractor-Dallas

This client had an existing french drain on the side of his home, plus rain gutter downspout drains that discharge into the alley for run off. Texas Drain Solutions was called out because, during heavy rain, water would enter into his garage from the side of the home. I found a broken downspout line at that location, verified the drain was open and repaired the damage. Not wanting to take any chances, the client requested to install a french drain in front of the residence to compliment the existing drain system. here we have connected to the existing french drain with 8" inch ez flow french drain pipe and about to tunnel under the sidewalk when once again, moderate rain began falling. The crew pushed forward and completed this project.

Pre manufactured french drains are way more expensive in material cost than pvc or perforated corrugated pipe with gravel and filters.
