Boris was on fire this afternoon in the bay of Fort de France in #Martinique.
After a year of crewed and double-handed races, our skipper has kicked off his first solo race of the season with a bang. At 12:00 pm local time (17:00 CET) this Thursday 30 November 2023.
💬 Boris: “I think we have the chance to do very well in this race and I'm keen to go out there. The last solo race I did across the Atlantic was a bit stressful because the boat was still very new and we started The Ocean Race just right after, so everything had to go well. Now, we are kind of free to sail how we want and we don’t have such a big outside pressure or stress. Some of our competitors have to do this race to qualify for the Vendée Globe next year, but I don’t have to because I already sailed the single-handed Route du Rhum race last year.”

The best videos. The best boat, I enjoy the comfort of the crew being able to stand fully upright inside the boat, and the area inside at the back probably a better ride when sleeping.

Boris is sailing verry clever! Why? At the start he shows how perfekt hie is useing Instrument SEAEXPLORER. But than!! He goes back into normal race Modus and looks what happens from bihind. Is the clever !! Yea it is ! 👌👌⛱️🚀🚀🚀🚀🤙🤙
