Marcelo you're a true representation of our country: hardworking people, friendly character and a bit skeptical 😂❤ Well done mate, God bless you and best of luck in your career at DHL. Vai Brasil!!!! 🇧🇷
Was waiting eagerly for the part 2. Glad he will be a full time employee now. Wish him.all the best. Well done too to the boss for recognizing his efforts ❤
That’s the worst gift I’ve ever seen. He gives the guy full-time employment. And I guarantee you he’s going to ship them in a box and deliver him by DHL to Brazil. Hopefully they don’t lose the package.
What a lovely young man. Good luck to you with your new full time job and hope you enjoy the time with your family 👍👏👏👏
Boss said “I will fly you to Brazil” never said he will fly him back.
LOL
Obviously it’s a return ticket you melt
What a wonderful son and I am sure the parents were blessed on the day he came to the amazing world and became their PRECIOUS son. Wish him the best with EVERYTHING and this story gave me TEARS. I am sure there are so many son's and daughters in this world ' WHO does this being simply wonderful and a blessing to the parents. I wish them ALL the best.
Thank you, Honor your parents that your life may be bless.
Hard worker got what he totally deserves, I hope he thrives and achieve what he truly desire. Best wishes for him
It's good to see dedication being rewarded. Most companies kick you out instead.
I teared up not because what the CEO gave him, but how grateful Marcelo was toward literally to many people the most basic things.
I would think the CEO would at least sponsor his flight to Brazil once a year for 10 years or something. This CEO is a joke 😂 can’t even do anything better on a TV show 😅
did you even watch the video
@@gggood9958 what did I say wrong about the video? 😂
Capitalists think you should be overjoyed that you're paid under any circumstance.
@@andeluuledna The American version the CEO's give 10,20k to the employees. UK is a joke

OK whatever ppl...at least I'm more interested in truth
@hunsbergermatt no What you're doing is over generalizing and stereotyping a lot of people. You act like every single boss out there is heartless. It makes you sound close-minded, ignorant, and frankly, dumb.
@@hunsbergermatt No. You presume to chase the truth by believing in a possibility without supportive evidence, a generalization that dismisses people as individuals and unique, and disgrace the meanings behind theory, stereotype, bias, and truth. You extend a narrow mindset of a connotation about bosses into a delusion you easily sell to yourself. All that comes of it is a miserable, bitter life of paranoia and resentment, a pathetic way to survive, not live.
I smiled the whole time. He really deserved all this ❤️
Basic employment rights?
deserved a full time low paid job and a plane ticket? Imagine how cheap advertising this is for DHL. The boss secures a an indebited employee he knows is good and it costs him a couple grand to get 2.4m views of it on youtube alone? lmao
@@REAZNx what more do you want? Give him housing, promote him to manager, give him $2m??
@@j.a.3138 Just because you're exaggerating doesn't make the reward of a plane ticket and normal employment rights a righteous reward. This boss is basically acknowledging that most of their 'indirect' employees are hard-working but have terrible contracts and all he does is give one of them a normal contract. What a pathetic offer, there should be more outrage here against this subcontractor culture.
Where will you go when you die, Heaven or Hell?? We can not hide our sins from God. Jesus Christ loves you and He died for your sins. You will not see the Kingdom of Heaven if you deny Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. REPENT and put your faith in Jesus Christ today, we are not guaranteed tomorrow.
MARK 1:15 For the kingdom of Heaven is near, repent and believe in the gospel.
Some people are stuck working same job without making progress to reach their goals. This guy is a big factor to the company and he’s finally been recognized for his hard work.
Oh, shame man, he even made me tear up, God bless him, his parents & the CEO of DHL🙏❤

Hope his visit back home will be pleasant and happy.
Thank you, for seeing Marcello's worth and treating him with respect and fairness.
What an amazing thing to do for the director to give someone a full time job! So inspiring 😂
He also gave him a free trip back to Brazil with the position waiting for him when he gets back, it’s better than getting fired and not having anything at all, I’ll tell you that.
@@deleqtronica8733 that's what they want you to think.
@@deleqtronica8733 wow he paid 200pound for his ticket, and offered him basic employment, what a legend, we should make him a statue as remembrance, just think about how much worth Marcelo brings in, compared to what he got offered, bro got scammed and CEO did it with a smile on his face, this is incredible.
CEO 'Thanks for making me loads of money and here's a full time contract so you can continue to do so'
Exactly, I'm absolutely furious with all the comments on this video. Almost as if DHL is employing bots to leave solely positive comments. It doesn't cost the CEO shit to do this for one guy. It's a contract that anyone working for a company should deserve. More over, he got screwed out of 5 weeks paid vacation for years. Fucking knobheads.

0:52. Gonna fly him home… in a DHL crate to Brazil. But he lives in Peru.
That was awesome to watch......Marcello, you got a lot of people pulling for you!!! Well done......

I wish him all the best!
There are still good people's let in the world. Thank you, sir. This man deserves it.
So many companies overlook the basics. Great employees are critical to happy customers. Happy employees are better employees. Screw your employees and the great ones leave...
I worked for five guys for so many years and their ceos/founders where still very hands on and involved with the average worker.
I worked in a UK one, and one of them came over and visited the UK restaurants.
A guy that worked in same restaurant as me, won a competition and had an all expenses trip to America and met them. He even went to a shooting range with one of them.
This man should be head of cyber security at DHL! "Where's the badge?" Lmao
What a good story. You can just feel the disappointment in this guy's life before this.
Wow I was taken back by your kindness to this young man he's helping out he's mam dad family and your the CEO Boss gave him a full time job and paid a flight ✈️ back home see he's family your a very kind Boss I was very moved by your kindness Wow 😀👍🇮🇪
He simply deserved it. He earned it fair and square.
“The CEO is giving you a holiday and better contract” sounds like the opening to every Phising Awareness test, fair play to him for being really skeptical about it at first
in return for his hard work he gets an employees contract with paid holidays and health insurance. what a generous man :)
Health insurance? This is the UK you know?
@@GamilovesYou lmao still?
Yeah, so generous of him to be sat pulling in a salary you could only dream of and give a single man out of the likely-millions of employees an actual contract and a trip back to Brazil.
Lmao
How tough does your life have to be for you to think the person giving you good news....is an actor. I feel for the guy, and I'm glad things are looking up.
Those raw emotions... Missing family back home. The pain that every foreigner carries.
Tears of joy hits hard!!

You deserve it sweetheart nice guy and a great boss!! ❤
If you work 40years at DHL here in Germany you get only an Handshake and the Words " Well done"
If more of the DHL staff were treated better, they may end up working for DHL longer. CEO needs to check on all his staff.
very good point, Jacquie.
This kind of comment is rare under this video. 95% bootlickers. Marcelo deserves so much more.

I worked as a manager in Yodel and had to walk away from it, the industry is absolutely fucked. The fact that a "stable income" and "regular salary" is something that can be considered a reward is dystopian as fuck in my eyes, so many hard working people suffering.
His employee is an asset to the company..he is polite. Respectful to clients and a honest worker....win win situation.❤❤❤
As a DHL customer, yes DHL employees have to verify everyone
Lol
As a son of a Brazilian mother, I understand his skepticism, in Brazil those types of things never happen, bosses very rarely promote and gift their employees, even the excellent ones!!! Greetings from Denmark!!!!
CONGRATS!! You did your job so well that we want you to spend 12 more hours at work daily!
😂
That tears is tears of joy, relief. I understand him. I've been a breadwinner since I was 21 too. I'm 31 now. Some days I just want to quit but I know I have my parents to look after so I pray to God to give me strength so I can keep on going
As someone who works in a warehouse that receives deliveries from DHL; they run these guys through the mf ringer, no joke.
Multi millionaire signing up the guy to deliver parcels on a pittance salary - what a gift...

Do we know for a fact these employees actually get what the CEO says on camera?
This makes me cry. God bless you all.
This show generally seems like complete bullshit to me. Almost every large corporation treats low level employees like meat. Then these CEOs come on acting all big hearted, punishing cold blooded location managers for doing the very things they look for when hiring them, and acting like they care about peons they kick to the curb daily for nothing. Yeah Im calling BS on this, its all done for PR for the company and the next day its business as usual.
Nailed it!
Wow! That CEO can spot real value! So happy for you Marcelo, enjoy your visit with your family!
