Hey guys, I hope you've been well and that all your exams, test and assignments are now done or close to being completed. I hope you guys like this vlog, I'm not at medschool, but I want to show you all how you can use your "days off" to be productive, and set yourself up for the week. I often use these days to reset mentally, and catch-up on work I'm behind on, as well as plan for the week ahead and reflect on how I can continue to be the best version of myself. Just remember that whatever you're going through, you're never alone and the tough times will past. Yayy new vlog! You are such a inspiration and motivation for pushing myself to want to be better and sticking to it consistency enough to see results. I had been going back and forth on wether i wanted to pursue med school, even when everyone said i couldn't do it, but you gave me the knowledge and confidence through these med unis vlogs to do it.
If you believe you can do it, that’s all that matters and you don’t need to spend energy on what other people say, especially when they don’t believe in you or say you can’t achieve anything. Keep grinding and for sure your successes will follow.

Discovered your channel like 3 days ago and you made me like set my mind on my goals and since then even tho im on break i try to start next year programm and honestly it makes me feel good to study (without the pressure ofc since im on big break) and I set goals for my sport to be better physically like jumping higher or being more explosive.
