Lagarde, Gopinath, Okonjo-Iweala, Chang Speak at IMF Panel

European Central Bank President Christine Lagarde said officials will raise interest rates again if they have to, but they're also gauging the impact of prior moves still feeding through. She spoke on a panel including IMF First Deputy Managing Director Gita Gopinath, WTO Director-General Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala and JPMorgan Global Research Chair Joyce Chang at the IMF Annual Meetings in Marrakech, Morocco. Bloomberg's Tom Keene moderated the discussion.
