It’s petty much for the GT/GTS/GTV of these years that has the same horn cover, that’s the only one I been able to find, I’ll do some research and let you know if I find any for the newer models.

It looks like is the same template for you model as well, I was just researching about it, the one I provided might look different from the one you find from Vespa or anywhere else and it was because I inverted the colors, the one they provide is all black and printing that is not the best idea hahahah, so I believe it would work for your model and year, just printed out, cut it, and see if it lines up. here's a direct link for download:
