Great video on seedling care!
New subscriber here. I’ll be interested to see how your pumpkins grow through the season. I grow winter squash for food and don’t really have the space for giant pumpkins, so I get that fix vicariously through UA-cam.
Thank you
Northern Michigan here....I was worried about my pumpkin seedlings. I put them outside in the greenhouse yesterday. Here's to hoping 😊 Thank you for this great video 🙏😊
I wanted to add in that I used Whitney Farms Organic Seed Starter Soil this year and truly loved it. I highly recommend it.
Thanks for the recommendation! Hope your seedlings are doing well and staying nice and warm!
Great video! Put my heating cables in the ground and they don’t work. Sad. I hope you grow a Monster!!
I put my heating cables in the ground... They worked... And then I sliced into it with the rototiller 😭. While I was tilling, I was considering making a video, warning people not to till up their heating cables 🙄.
Great video. I have a very similar “burning” on my 1st true leaves as you from using happy frog potting soil which is apparently too hot. Also, do you use Davinci resolve?
I think my burning is from the light because I've used all different types of potting soil (some of which have no nutrients at all), and they still burn. They are burning a lot less with the light a little higher. I've heard some people say that low humidity can play a factor as well, which is very possible in my house. I do not use DaVinci Resolve. I use my boyfriend's subscription of Adobe Premiere Pro 🙂. If we ever stop paying for it, that looks like a great alternative.
@@pumpkinista Have you heard of the app phototone? It allows you to know the PPFD(light intensity) that your plant is experiencing so you can keep it at an acceptable level. It’s a few bucks but worth it I’d say.
@@nicksbigpumpkin8050 No I have never heard of it, but thanks for the recommendation. That's sounds like something I need badly!
