A mother that loses two sons in that short of time within each other. Wasn’t even done grieving and now another one. Not that she would ever get over the first one, but now two. The mother is strong. Stay strong. Prayers for her and those who are suffering.
The woman should be proud of herself, raising up two loyal and brave men. She has educated them well and gifted her mother country with her utmost belongings. Hail to the front line knights, may the others be as brave as these fallens.

I was sad enough hearing about Lt. Vasyl and feeling his brother's pain, but then for Kyrylo to die the very next day, that broke me. At least, God has reunited them now. Their poor mother and sister. My heart can't take it. RIP. May God end this madness.

@@vanlix803 I guess people that higher up can affect the war in different ways than a common soldier. Zelensky has the impact and influence to change the course of the war by convincing other countries for support (which a common soldier can't do), and inspire courage by simply being there with them in the country. That's why russia wants him dead more than even a thousand ukranian soldiers. Zelensky gets out of his bunker then gets shot. The ukrainians would have to quickly get a new leader. By that time, the soldiers and the people will be left with no leader and no outside help, and more than like be disorganised enough to give russia a major advantage. Thus, Zelensky NEEDS to stay in that bunker because he is a high profile target.

I would have no courage to tell a mother about another loss. I would find it easier to face the enemy then a grieving mother. Not that I have any experience but I know how devastating it seems for a mother to be torn apart like this. Life is so precious and protecting it comes at a cost.

No words ever spoken can ease this pain. As much hubris as it is, I am at least honoured to have had them lived in mine eyes. To know that they died for something truly righteous, and that even when their names will be forgotten and those who forgot have been forgotten, that their acts will still be remembered.

They actually fight for slavery. Because if they accept a peace treaty with neutral status, they will be free. Otherwise, all country will be occupied. Or almost all. You will see quite soon. Germans in ww2 also thought they are fighting for peace and freedom. They were actually very dependent on the good will of USSR and the West in result of all of it.
