    Kabāb-e Barg (Persian: کباب برگ‎, Kabāb-e Barg; literally "Leaf Kebab") or stake kabob is a Persian-style barbecued and marinated lamb, chicken, or beef kabob. The main ingredients are beef tenderloin fillets, lamb fillets, and, less commonly, chicken.
    The meat is cut into strips and marinated in olive oil, onions, garlic, saffron, salt, and black pepper. It is then skewered and grilled. Tomatoes are grilled separately and often served on the side with rice or bread and seasoned with sumac.
    At Iranian restaurants, combining one Kabab Barg and one Kabab koobideh is typically called soltānī, meaning "(a meal) in the style of a sultan." One Barg, one Koobideh, and one chicken breast kabab is a şāh äbbāsī.
    Kabob Barg:
    2 LB beef tenderloin
    1/2 Teaspoon black pepper or to taste
    1/4 Teaspoon garlic powder or to taste
    1-ounce saffron
    1-ounce lime juice
    2 ounce onion juice
    3 ounce olive oil
    For the rubbing sauce:
    2 ounce melted butter
    1 Teaspoon salt
    1/2 Teaspoon black pepper or to taste
    1/4 Teaspoon garlic powder or to taste
    1 Fluid ounce saffron
    1 Fluid ounce lime juice
    1 Fluid ounce onion juice

      How long did the meat take to cook.. and can you use a griddle i dont have a bbq ahh😢

      @@shamalik2641 I wish I timed it. Sorry. I have a meat thermometer because I’m terrible with timing anything.
      Use the griddle, if that’s what you have. Wouldn’t be our first time doing that when we are out of charcoal, propane, or wood. My mom even makes the ground beef kabobs in the stove, when the grill isn’t available. She skewers them much smaller and on wood skewers. Maybe like 6-8 inch long pieces. Makes perfect lavash wraps.

      Many factors influence the cooking.
      Temperature, kind of meat, richness, and a few other things.
      Cooking on the griddle makes it more steak than a kebab.
