FOOD STORAGE UPDATE & MAINTENANCE

It's been quite awhile since I've shared my food storage. It was time for some maintenance so I decided to take you along with me while I was down in my basement. My goal is to have between 3-6 months of food storage at all times and so far, I've been maintaining that well.

How long does the powdered milk last past the BBD? I do have a food storage pantry in my living room... we don't use that room so I chose to use it for storage and we have no basements in Florida.

I think if you vacuum seal powdered milk, it would last much longer. I plan on doing that with the milk I have that’s not past its date. I’m not sure if there’s a rule about how long it’s good for. I just use the smell test because it’s milk and you will be able to tell right away if it’s off😂
