Somehow I did this by accident switching one number of my code. I damn near had to ask the staff at my gym to bolt cut my lock off. Glad to know this is how you reset the combination so I can avoid doing it unintentionally.

Your other video with the paper clip was extremely helpful. The lock somehow reset the combination to a different one … probably from being open in my pocket. Then I couldn’t get into my locker. I tried this video to no avail. But the paper clip one took about 2 minutes to do. Many thanks

I know this may sound a bit confusing, but i may have resolved the lock stuck open bit. just bare with me.
for anyone who has their lock stuck in the unlock position and cant lock it. if when at 90* it goes into the 90* slot completely, take it out and line the lock lined up like you would normally have it, but then turn the numbers all 2-4 numbers to the right. i dont know why but i have tested this several times, each time changing my combination, and it has worked. try this. and again, sorry if its a bit confusing

ToyoGizmo That's too complicated mate, you just pull the lock then put your code and it will unlock. If you don't know your code then just try every combination it won't take too long will it? 001 002 003 004 004 005 AHHH I GIVE UP

Thanks, that worked for me. I thought I changed the code by accident and the lock was stuck in open positition, but it still had the same combination. Changing all numbers 2 to the right worked out.

My lock was different. I was able (required) to depress the shackle significantly further than it normally goes when in the locked position.

I was struggling with this lock with my locker... my code was 328 and then suddenly when I putted the code 328 it didn't unlock... Then I realized that out of rush before I think accidentally rested my passcode.
