@@thatampguy They are worth the Money Actually I see a 7/8in on Ebay for $35 but IDK if ID trust that they are real ,but a Electrical supplier will have them
A big meal is great, but sometimes a snack is what you want. I see no reason why your channel can't still fulfill it's original purpose as well as a new one. Just the musings of an old dude who has never claimed to be wise. On another note, Chinese Potentiometer was the name of my band in college. We split up over artistic reasons.
@@thatampguyWell, I recognized it because I had to handle one when recapping my 50's Heathkit O-12 oscilloscope. 😂. (BTW, it had very fenderish original caps, Astron Minimites which lasted over 6 decades. And a very stupid power supply because the 6X4 doesn't have a heater winding of it's own and cathode to heater voltage is at it's limit and output current as well. Later version had a GZ34.)

I'm here for the beef !!
(Glad your feeling better)
Thank you. I can’t believe posted such a rough video. Ack!
Hi Lu!
It’s almost a live stream 😂
Loving the expanded vids. Thanks
Glad you like them!
As always, THANK you brother
Anytime!
Good packaging is such a godsend!
Love it!
Good job thanks for sharing 💯💖
Nice!!!
Get well! Still enjoyable... Kind of a 2009 UA-cam vibe
Thank you so much, John. 2009 five makes sense. I think the only piece of gear I have that’s more current than that would be my phone lol.
Gotta love Mouser...
I love them too
I had one of these, wish I hadn’t let it go. Awesome amps for the price especially when they first came out.
First one I played was the first one I modded for this customer. I was really surprised with it in stock form. Really good value.
love the upsidedown magnetic bowl trick
Don’t do it without removing the mags and re-setting them with epoxy first! I can’t imagine it being stable without doing that prior!

I need to step up to the greenlees! I’ve got a mint set of their vintage chassis punches but need the steppers!

Indeed man. I love their stuff.

😂 I can’t take anymore. Did they give you the… Shaft?
@@thatampguyThe split-shaft! In an odd turn of events, the break-up didn't meet much resistance. (I might be biased.)

Is it 5UP1 or something next to the birds? Be careful because of the vacuum inside the glass, you know...
Yes it is. I pulled it from an old DeVry scope.

@jutukka yikes! You nailed the decade of my old scope haha! Those are good old tubes!

How is the build quality on these, Any amps that have that sweet Soldano tone but are a lot tighter?
Just north of Ok. Not sure I’d gig it too hard, but I’ve seen worse. Def tighter than an SLO.
