You can't beat a Carpetbagger video to pass a half hour
I love Knoebels' programmatic buildings; the loaf, the lemon, the potato, the coffee pot, and my personal fave the giant Birthday cake pavilion.
Shoutout to the hairspray of the lady sitting in front of you on the Galleon!
I live very near this park. Around my town we call this “Hazleton Hair” lol!
I used to love our trips to Knoebels when I lived in Williamsport. Such a great park.
I live there
Love Knoebel's! Such a fun, friendly, clean and affordable park! Great rides, great people, great food! ♥️
This has become one of my favorite parks.
Thank you for taking a minute with the Non-Horse Carousel Pieces.
Most people skip them in walk through.
They've always facinated me too. 👍💪🤠🕊
You Americans honestly have some of the best theme parks! I really hope to visit your country one day and experience some of these rides myself. Thanks for your videos Jacob!
I love your visits to Knoebels Jacob but please, I beg of you, ride the "Good" train next time! You won't be disappointed, I promise such a nice ride through the woods on a hot day. Thanks for visiting these great parks though, loved the Haunted Mansion video too :-)
The sweetest thing, those little horse and carts ride for nippers 😊 Thanks Jacob
Of all the amusement parks you’ve visited, this one is tops on my list for wishing that I could visit!
once a year since i was born my family will come here as a tradition and stay at the campsite. I’m 17 now so we have a hundreds of game tickets just piled up from years of saving, i loved growing up coming here got me into roller coaster and thrill rides
As kids we camped here every summer we could. Now as adults, my sister, dad and I camp at their other campground a few miles away. Going for the first time since the pandemic started soon and literally can’t wait.
I saw you here this day! It was on a Sunday, saw you from afar as you were entering the bathrooms so I didn't bother you lol
Knoebels is our favorite amusement park in PA. We live about 2 1/2 hours away. This was fun to watch!!!
I’ve been to Knoebels a few times. My Uncle lives in Sunbury PA, so I used to go visit them and we would go to Knoebels. It’s a completely free park to get into, but the rides cost money. It’s a fun place to go to get out and make some memories.
Brilliant tour of an old time American amusement park. It's great to see what was around before the likes of Disney and the other big theme parks took over. People and even their kids still enjoy the charm of the old attractions and why not? The museums and displays of ride on animals was fun. Thanks for showing us around.
Such an awesome original amusement park from 1926!
Jacob, you seem like such a genuinely fun person and you can just tell from your videos. Your content is just so much more relaxed and you’re never afraid to just have fun and scream.
Ugh potato pancakes are so amazing! Less enjoyable when you are making them at a bazaar in 90 something degree weather.🤣 Another great video at one of the best parks around!
P.s. next time you play skeeball, you want to roll the balls.
I love the video Jacob, Great Park ! I am going to make it a point to visit Knoebel !
you should definitely spend some time here after dark, it's a completely different experience. tons of neon, really great
Dude! My hometown is 30mins from here. Grew up going to knoebels which is crazy cuz people from all over the country make the trip to see this place. I’ll be back there in a few weeks! Thanks for doing this video on such a beautiful place 😎👍👍
What a great park, so much better than Disney!
Elysburg is pronounced "Ee-Lees-Burg" ... I live about 20 minutes from here my whole life, lol.
This place is amazing!! Thanks for doing this video for all to experience Jacob. Waiting for the next one!
WOW! This is a really awesome theme park Carpetbagger! The roller coaster looks like a lot of fun. Very nice attractions and museums to, especially the coal museum with the dinosaur, very cool attraction Carpetbagger! Very fun looking rides, especially the roller coaster and the pirate ship. Looks like it has very tasty food to, I love eating good food and seeing cool attractions. I definitely want to visit this theme park sometime! Great video Carpetbagger and thanks for sharing! Looks like you had a blast!
That looks like such an awesome park. Lots of fun for everyone. The kiddie rides are so adorable. Having museums inside the park is a wonderful idea. Great tour . Always enjoy your roller coaster rides .Keep Safe ❤Keep Well❤
great park we were there 4years ago husband and son loved it
Gentle FYI: It's "Eel-ees-burg". Trust me. I live here.
Lol! People never get that right. I’m originally from Hazleton Area so I know how ya feel 😆
Ayyye Berwick here!
My parents were from "Upstate" was there every weekend during my childhood. Thanks so much for your gentle FYI ✌❤
Was there I'd worsen Splash Mountain
You have my condolences 😞
My dude- I love that you’re riding coasters. It’s the most important part of any day!
Agree, he always passes on riding the roller coasters. If he rode them at every park he went to he would have quite the resume.
I live near this park and it is just the best. It’s so old school and vintage. Many fond memories of childhood and heck, adulthood. I instantly turn into a 12 year old when I enter those gates. Racing to the pirate ship to try and get a back seat, running to get one of the outside horses on the carousel to grab rings and hopefully get the brass one, eating way too much ice cream and French fries. Going into the mining museum and begging my mom to let me get a bag of gems to “pan” in the steam outside. Just so fun! Don’t miss making a pressed “lucky charm” coin with your initials in the arcade. The homemade fudge is fantastic. The carousel museum is super fun as well. The park itself has no admission which is awesome, you just buy books of tickets. Don’t miss the “Shooting Gallery” (or as it should be called “The Hillbilly Shoot ‘Em Up”) The Phoenix wooden rollercoaster was the first rollercoaster I ever got to ride and it’s still a favorite. Wooden coasters are the best. I am absolutely passionate about this amusement park. I’ve been to so many others. Hershey, Six Flags (3 of them), Disneyworld, universal, cedar point. Knoebel’s will forever be my favorite. Also…those bears from the Country Bear Jubilee was sort of falling apart when I was a kid. It would lock up and the eyes would go all crazy. It gave me nightmares. But my mom thought it was so fun so we would go every time. I’m so glad they’re locked up in the museum and can’t hurt anyone. They’re truly horrific. Also, if you have family members who worked in the coal mines they have giant books of mining accidents and names of miners. It’s interesting to look through them and see if your family is listed.
They were playing my fave sing when you were getting on the carousel
My 3 year old loves your videos! We are heading to Knoebels this week!!
Looks like a fun place. ❤❤😊 Saw this place in UA-cam, nice to see this place is still around. I would luv to go there 😊
I love Knoebels park. I haven’t been here since I was a little kid. I remember crying on the pirate ship saying I wanted my mom lol. Another great video sir 👍🏻
I've been gone for awhile bagger, your channel is blowing up, when I joined I'm thinking that it wasn't near 50 thousand, I'm happy for you, my favorite bagger time waz when he spent ten days on the road
Been 11 years since I been to knoebels, I see there's newer rides since then, only part way through this video, but if u didn't try the coal candy, it's amazing you'd like it
ummmm... You're supposed to roll the skeeballs.. LOL.. Can't believe you were in PA and didn't stop by for a visit!
That is an awesome park. Thanks for sharing. Stay safe. Stay blessed
Love you taking us to these old amusement parks I loved as a kid in the 60s. Hopefully you did make it to Dutch Wonderland on this trip.
Stay tuned
That's near me! Love that park!
That was One Steep Drop Son!!! Felt it from here.....
My mom used to make potato pancakes. I love them!
I love when you go on the coasters. Great stuff!!
I loved the carousel & seeing all the animals they used in the past. Enjoyed seeing Knoebels Amusement Park, & seeing the potato cakes. Those looked really good. Hope you & your family have a safe & Happy Fourth!
Thank YOU for covering my childhood amusement park!! Seeing and hearing the old and new sights is enough to nearly bring a tear to my eyes. Encore!!
Feeling adventurous today huh, jacob lol...I hardly see u on roller coasters and the pirate ship or any other more thrilling rides like that lol!!!! Good job...I love it!!!
It reminds me of Americana. I've been meaning to visit.
Can't wait the park just turn 95 this year can't wait for the hundredth anniversary

The park is awesome and the food is awesome! It is definitely worth it to come to knoebles no matter where you live.

I usually spend every birthday there. This year my 50th I'm recovering from a torn ACL so instead I will be going to Shady Maple Smorgasbord. Thanks for giving me a trip there when I couldn't go myself!
I used to live in Wilkes barre. I haven’t been to Knoebels in 23 years
You should come to Idaho to a park named Silverwood you would love it.
Was just there last weekend! Lol.. Live about and your away
getting a little homesick watching this i lived about an hour away when i lived in pa and would go to knoebels 3 or 4 times a year plus they have my favorite coaster the phoenix hope you enjoy my home state and have fun
What a neat little amusement park! Love the old school flair they still have!
Don’t know which ride is Jake more afraid of, Rollercoasters or Galleon Pirate ship rides? You always wake me up watching your videos while eating my cereal.
Potato 🥔 pancakes are made in Polish culture and Jewish as well they are called Latka’s I think . We have them with butter and even syrup . Great video Jacob
Super fun video! I was hoping you would ride the ferris wheel. 😎Show us the views. Thanks for sharing,
looks nice with all the trees.
Hopefully, no floods this year. I'm glad they are recovering from last year. I puked on Tilt-a- whirl. Bad times. 🤢🤢🤢🤢
At my home park, Adventureland in Altoona, Iowa (near Des Moines), we have a coaster like Impulse, but it is green and called, The Monster. It's a great coaster and my favorite ride in the parl. Jacob, have you ever been to Adventureland?
I love the whip.
The roller coaster looks like The Monster at Adventureland in Des Moines, Iowa. So awesome. Come to Iowa Jacob, we also have a dark ride coaster. The sky ride goes through The Monster tracks (a unique feature of the park).
That park looks like some old school fun. I wish there was more of these old style parks left in America.
Lots of good rides.
Enjoyed replay thanks 😊
Jacob I can’t believe you rode a rollercoaster!
That’s near me. I go every October for the Halloween part and fair. Super fun.
Your cute.., sorry, no disrespect!

HEY, JACOB YEP This Is my kind of Amusement park love the old school kiddie Ride's you don't see a lot of places like that love the ride where you have to pedal with your hands to go around the track that's great well Ok take care stay safe and see you on the next Great adventure
Those bumper cars are the best b/c they were built in the 40s and are made of steel and not fiberglass like today. They also have a different type of bumper system on the cars, it's more solid and not pneumatic. Also the Whip ride was very popular from the 20s to the 60s and is kinda rare to see one still operating, I wish that you'd explain some of the details sometimes...
Hi carpetbagger awesome video hope you had fun at the park you're at very cool
Potatoe pancakes !!! Yumm...great show. Subscribed!!
The coaster was funny....the only way I knew what position you were in was by the flow of the girls hair infront of you 🤣
Since you love non-horse carousel stuff, next time you are in western Ohio check out Carillon Historical Park in Dayton which is home to a carousel featuring not only horses and a dog but also Dayton products such as a bag of chips, a soda can, steam locomotives, airplanes, a cash register, motorcycle, etc....the park itself is also quite interesting, as it is home to a number of interesting historical buildings, a working 18th century style brewery, the oldest US-built steam locomotive and a real Wright Flyer....
It's funny I seen the signs for the park when I was driving the Pittsburgh I wanted to detour to there but I was on a time schedule now seeing your footage and things pretty cool maybe next year when I'm going back to Pittsburgh for an event maybe me and a few friends will stop over there on the way there
Next stop, Magic Mountain!
If I grabbed the brass ring, I would keep it as a souvenir
Hard luck bears look like they've been living a hard life.
I remember those water powered shooting galleries, I might of seen them in about 1997 sort of time at Marwell Zoo in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 (my country)
One would think that the flying Dutchman would be like being on a playground swing but just goes a bit higher.
The Impulse ride would definitely wake you up. That looks scary. I heard if you close your eyes it's not as bad. Potatoe pancakes are German and, are big in Pa. Their great with sliced canned peaches. You get the sweet and, the savory.
I love your videos ❤️
Bro I was literally just there I just got home today
Fave theme park out there! You need to go to the Carousel Museum in CT
That one dude on the skiball machine was blowing my mind, guys a pro
I love Knoebles! Especially the Carousel and Haunted House!!
The haunted house is cool I just went on it for my first time a few weeks ago and it wasn't as scary as I thought it would be
Lovely!
The last time I went there, there was a short end of staff and it was on Memorial Day, so half of the rides weren't even open yet. All the rides near fandango, we're open, which is confusing cause no one ever goes over there, accept the rc cars
you are riding my favorite horse on the Grand Carousel
Would have been fun to have taken my daughter there when she was young. Nice looking park for families.
You should go to Canada’s wonderland there opening next week they have awesome rides and food
you were eating their famous Potato Pancakes lol german style.
That is so cool and awesome
