This brings back memories, my family worked at the campground and i grew up in these hills! Unfortunately my family moved away last year, but they are moving back soon.
I lived in the area for 28 years & went to Knoebels at least 2x a year - for company appreciation picnics, celebrations, etc. This brings back so many happy memories! I rode most of those rides.
I cannot believe I just sat through all 15 minutes of that.. haha.. I just wanted to see the phoenix and before I knew it I watched the entire thing. highly enjoyable! I have so many amazing memories from that place, the sights and sounds in this clip brought them all back to me. Thanks for posting
Wow 2 Carousels in this amusement Park. The grand carousel, and the Stein & Goldstein Carousel. Most amusement parks usually have only 1 merry-go-round
good lord, it's been forever since I've been back there! I grew up in just the next city over so me and my family would go here every summer back in the early 2000's
I just got back from Knoebels it's a great place I have been going since I was 5 it's a great place to spend time with family my family goes for 5 days it's really fun and it's a good place to relax and drop all your problems
Hi Jay. Sure is a whole lot of difference from 2015 to 2019. Seems like a lot more kiddie rides back then. I can understand your love of the place. I'll bet Lili has always loved it too! Thanks for another interesting video!
That ride has been waiting for parts from Europe for many years now. ItS a giant bearing or bushing it needs. Knobels will always have special place in our hearts. Growing up in eastern pa it’s a short enough ride, free parking and entry, inexpensive food that’s great and plenty of great rides and shade without the commercialism of modern parks. Last of a dying breed.
I'm going there soon, we go every year for like 4 or 5 years now. Such a great place. The stratosphere made me turn ghost white tho.. it was spoopy 👻 What rides do you guys suggest and which are your favorites?? 😄
Im watching in 2020 Lol. But every summer me and my dad go to pennsylvania to visit family. And we go to Knoebels every year and im so excited to go this year again! Every year we usually fly up to pennsylvania but sadly we have to drive this year. (it takes two days!)
Wow, great they have all those rides for little kids too! I dont do coasters with my fear of heights but I saw several I would enjoy, some had my stomach jumping, lol. Maybe someday I can visit as I've never been there b4,, thx so much for the tour!
I always loved this amusement park. it's low key, the people are always pleasant. which you don't get at the others parks. My mom, step pop, brother, husband and myself are going this Saturday to celebrate my brothers 30th birthday. His birthday is this Thursday. My birthday is actually this Saturday but it will be my 33rd. No mater how old we get this park is going to always be a part of are lives
My happy place when I lived in PA. My kids had summer jobs there for most of high school and college, and we always went to see the Mahoney Bros. and Rick K and the All Nighters.
The digger isn't technically a ride, and doesn't even have a motor, but is one of the best, most unique activities at Knoebel's, for kids under pre-teen age. And adults with the soul of a kid, haha. I have fantastic memories of going here with several generations of the family. Kids and teens have great rides, the grandparents can enjoy benches in the shade and the beautiful flowers, and everybody enjoyed the picnic grounds at the edge of the park.
Nice video, I remember the week that Impulse was down over the summer. That ride is epic!! I went on it twice yesterday and there was no line! Any idea what's going on with Power Surge?? It was gone all last season, came back in December I think and then I went opening weekend in April and it wasn't running but it was in it's spot. Then I heard it ran for about a month or so because when I went back on June 13th, it was gone again so I haven't ridden it since 2013. They must be having a lot of problems with it.
Power surge was operating in may when i was there but they were having issues with the harness release system. So they removed it again to make further repairs.
That was a great tour of all the rides and they look fantastic! Some of them would make me dizzy so some of them I won’t ride but I do intend to get there before the summers out 😁👍💕💕
I wasn't able to watch the whole video but my dad says their are go carts at Knoebels and I want to know if that's true before we go because I love go carts and racing. Thanks!
they have Kiddie go karts which are electric and for small children, for bigger kids and adults they have gas powered antique cars which ride on a rail and go slow but still very fun.
Some of those rides look like a blast, but some looked a little scary. Tillta World was the only ride I recognized as we have that in MN. Very unique rides looks like a lot of fun.
Unbelievible .46 bright green shirt with levi shorts sandals alone, that would be him. Wow on to the next video that was 9 years ago. So over. Great to see so ok thank you fun video. Peace.
@@JPVideos81 I have only been there through your eyes/video. Thank you so much.I love roller coasters the most. Nothing that spins around like the Himilaya. ( spell check pls ) lol

I feel as if you should have gotten a better video of the flying turns. It is the only ride you can find and is truly amazing, unlike any other ride. It is what makes konobles special, and i feel like you should have showcased it more
+Netgunner i rode it once and it made me dizzy lol. plus there are lots of videos on youtube of people riding it. i just wanted to show a small glimpse of what it looks like.
You missed a 3d ride in the arcade in the old roller rink behind the carousel between the band shell... I know it was there I've been getting on it since 2012

Havnt been there in a few years. Pretty nice and old fashioned place.
Absolutely fantastic video !! 👍💕💕

If there is anything I learned from this lineup of attractions, it is that Knoebels and Adventureland share quite a few similar attractions!
I'm going there soon, we go every year for like 4 or 5 years now. Such a great place. The stratosphere made me turn ghost white tho.. it was spoopy 👻
What rides do you guys suggest and which are your favorites?? 😄
My top rides are pioneer train, haunted mansion, Phoenix and sky ride.
I got to take my dog on the train ride xD

The cosmotron I’ve been on this ride before last year. Fun fact in the ride you can actually hear enter Sandman a really cool rock ‘n’ roll music
The Phoenix is my favorite roller coaster
mine as well

I never rode the looper, not a fan of spinning things but it looks fun.

Why did people touch the thing hanging out on the carousel in the last clip? :/
+Kawaii Cow They are grabbing rings, if you grab a brass ring then you win a free ride.

you win $1.50 in tickets which is the price to ride the Grand Carousel.

So im guessing you have to pay a dollar or more per ride?

going on Thursday! very excited! I love this place and I live very close!
rianna wendol luckyy I live 2-3 hours away but my family has an RV so it's ok
Kayla James yeah I live about and hour away and it's really not that bad of a drive, but it's always worth it when you finally get there!
how much money do you think a person should bring to knoebels
that all depends on what you plan on doing there. you can buy tickets or wrist bands, you can buy food there or bring your own.
I don’t get the name Spanish Bambini. That’s because the word bambini comes from Italian and not Spanish!
The crazy submarine was the ride that me and my brother would always go on last at night and it was so weird bc nobody else was on it and we could sit wherever we want 😂
wow thanks for this it was awesome

yeah I've been on every one of these...except the newer kiddie rides. I'm too big to ride them now
