1:35 You dont need to check for each of the three sections to check if they are neg. or pos.
Check if the parabola of the quadratic opens upwards or downwards.
You can now draw arrows on the critical points (-7 and 4 in this example) depending where the parabola opens and already see where its negative or positive.
