Hi Doc Jen, quick question. I did the open book on my left arm where you glide your fingers to the floor to bring your hands overhead. Well I couldn't reach the floor haha! But something weird happen every time I reach up, somethings pops on my left shoulder, as in everytime. It's not painful but I wonder what does it mean, it doesn't pop on my other side though
