Thank you all so much for your participation in this giveaway! Thank you all for watching and for your support as well on my UA-cam journey and I hope to do more for you all in future! The winner is @csmtree! Please get in touch with me and I’ll get you sorted!
There were so many good tricks this year! But my favorite might just be Keymaster by Craig Petty. The routines and possibilities with it are awesome! Thank you Nique for the awesome review and giveaway.
First I would like to wish you a Happy and Healthy New Year, always enjoy your reviews. Looking forward what will becoming in 2023😊. My favorite is the Orphic wallet from 1914, great peek feature and switching built in. Thank you for your generosity.
Damn fine giveaway. Think 2022 was the year of 1914, a succession of solid gold releases and very hard to single out a favourite although the "Billet Masterclass" might just edge it. All the best for 2023 Nique.
Hey Nique Tan First I wanna thank you for all your reviews and help on advice if I should buy a trick or if its not good. Saved me a ton of money, so thank you very very much. Your Channcel really helps me alot getting in the mentalism world, wich im trying to do. My favourite Billet Release this Year has been the Billet Masterclass from the 1914 and Alexander Marsch. Good Luck to everybody and a great 2023!
Many many marvelous creations and products. But many of theirs i have never in my hands. Only can say with two products i test, the Eclipse zener cards and the Orphic wallet have a good use for my part.
If we're stuck in/on 2022, I'm gonna have to go with Coffee Cups & Beans, though I also like Super Lemon a lot. BTW: Anytime you can giggle while reading a magic book, you know it's good stuff. Cheers, Nique!
My favorite mentalism release of 2022 was the Venow Case. It's a well thought out product and a really great EDC as well. What a great way to start of 2023. Best wishes for you and thanks for all your reviews in 2022. They really helped me out.
I have had the most fun with overdraft in 2022. I too have had my eye on harpacrown set for a few years. I love his work and michael murray too. Hoping to win this to make my 2023 magical.
I think my favorite is lux by lloyd barnes. I didn't think much of it until I saw a person just beginning in magic get amazing reactions with it. Which sometimes it is just nice to have something like that for off nights
Wow! What a great way to start the year, fantastic episode. For me, my favourite release of 2022 was Spirit Bell Pro by Conan Liu and TCC. I’m lucky to have my own little venue in North Wales (The Jester’s Tower) and we used it for both our Halloween and Christmas offerings. I’ve used several spirit bells in the past and currently this my favourite electronic method. I would highly recommend it.
My favorite release of 2022 ist Super Lemon by Alex Ng. Would love to win these awesome books… And Nique…happy new year and keep up your great reviews!
First, I greatly appreciate your reviews and many thanks for your channel. I subscribe to dozens of magic channels (mainly mentalism and coins), but yours is at the head of the pack. As for my favorite 2022 release: I'd say that 1914's Orphic wallet wins, though Regal's Crystal Billet Box is a very close second.
I would like to second that my 2022 favourite is also Overdraft by Paul Fowler. 😃 I bought a lot of tricks last year from TCC and Penguin magic for the first time and I struggled to answer this!
Hey Nique Tan, thank you for your great reviews, keep going ! And Happy new year too :) My favorite mentalism release for 2022 is Orion by Phedon Bilek (released in french this last year)
I only picked up a few items in 2022 and they were mainly books. The book I like most is Jack Goldstein’s PANTHERA. It’s full of excellent effects and essays by over 30 contributors (Phedon Bilek, Pete Turner etc.), but the one item I really like is Mohamed Khaled’s The Imperium Envelope which is a wonderful cheap, innocuous and undetectable peek device based on pay envelopes. It blew my mind. It’s gradually replacing my peek wallet wherever I can. Happy new year 🎆
My favourite and the one I love about is vertigo prediction. It’s really a great tool to work.and let me tell you I am a big fan of yours. It helps me a lot seeing your reviews
Hope you have a great 2023! Your chats certainly brighten our magical journey. My favorite release of last year would have to be Steal from Jamie Daws, a good p**k envelope. However, the best deal of 2022 was the Pure Psychometry by Dee Christopher bundled with Alexander Marsh’s Billet Class. The 1914 have given us nothing but quality & value. I am looking forward to the coming year.
For me it has to be Alexander Marsh’s billets masterclass, I have only just moved over to mentalism from close up magic in 2022 so your channel and the 1914 have been my gateway into the art, learning how to use billets has really opened my mind.
Oh wow so much good stuff came out over the last year, it's hard to choose just one favourite! Honestly I think the Venom Case by Baz is hard to beat for what it is
My favourite release in 2022 is color psychology from vulpine creations. I don’t have mine in hand, but it’s ordered and on the way.. Happy new year to you all 🥳
For me, it would be Shrapnel by Kim Anderson. I've been using it for my restaurant work, street magic, etc from the moment in arrived in the mail! Its a really fun effect!
My favourite mentalism release of 2022 is Mentalism Presentations Book by Luca Volpe and Aazan Makhdoomi, there lots of useful tips and advice that opens my mind and useful routine in there. Happy New Year!
Happy new year Nique! My favourite mentalism release in 2022 was OTT by Lewis Le Val (your review definitely helped to influence my decision). It changed the way I looked at billet work and definitely would be using more on it. Cheers~
The release I appreciated and have been using the most was Scott Creasey’s Structured Imagery. I think too often it’s very easy to get caught up in the newest method and forget about the experience for your participant. Structured Imagery I have been using in almost all of my performances because it’s honestly such a simple, simple idea and method but it allows for such beautiful presentations and really enhances the experience for your spectator. Love love it.
Great video. I would love to enter the competition: My favourite release of 2022 was Sonata by Juan Tamariz as I have been after it around 4 years and the relief to finally get one has been amazing! Thank you so much for the opportunity to enter and a Happy New Year to you!
I think my favorite mentalism product has got to be the 1914's billet masterclass! Since getting the release I've been diving into the world of billets and envelopes! Loving it so much!
I’m new to the world of mentalism, have been a closeup hobbyist for most of my life. This year I’ve been more exposed to the art via UA-cam channels (like this one) and others. I’m really interested in billet work and picked up the billet master class from the 1914. Has been a really good jumping off point for me! Thanks for all that you are doing for continuing the art!
Hey Nique! Happy new year! Looking back over 2022 I realise I picked up so much magic that it's hard to tell what was a new release and what was just new to me lol I will say that anything from The 1914 is always gold though. I picked up a shadow wallet to use as a magic prop and it's actually become my everyday wallet. Its with me everywhere along with Alander Marsh's Forgotten Princess and Thy Will be Done. Out of everything I have on me every day I'd have to go for Thy Will be Done. It's so simple, so clean, always gets great reactions and all you need is a single card. It's by far my most performed trick since I got it.
With this episode, 2023 is off to a flying start. My favourite release... Others have already made made worthy nominations (Hector Chadwick, Scott Creasey), but, perhaps just to be different, what comes to mind is the book-and-decks set by Ben Harris, Symmetry, Parity and the Chimera Deck.
Tbh this year as been too tight on the money for me to buy any new magic or magic books, but the trick that I’ve been most interested in is Lux by Lloyd Barnes, done double cross for a while
Hi Nique, I'd go for The Orphic Wallet. Hope you're well. And just to make you slightly jealous... A couple of days ago I saw Guy Hollingsworth perform at The Magic Circle. It was beautiful routine and if magic can be poetic this was it. All the very best.
My favourite release from 2022 is ‘Subtle Grace’ by Coinludens from Japan. It’s contain a lot of challenging coin and card tricks that i think can improve my sleight in cards and coin magic!
My favorite magic release for 2022 was probably "Overdraft" which led me to the "Orphic" wallet that I then loaded with a couple items that give me a full set in one pocket.
Favourite release is definitely colour psychology by Adam Wilber. Have used it already in my show a few times and it's so good! Happy new year, keep up the great content! 🤗
If I wasn't already familiar with 'Numinous' it might have been "STEAL". This year has been mostly billets and Tarot for me. Strong contenders are Alexander Marsh's - Billet Masterclass and Julien Losa's 'Billets for the Modern Mindreader' volumes. But I think my favourite one (because I used some of it in a show) is Marc Paul's Masterclass because, well, it's Marc Paul and I don't yet have Scott Creasey's 'Structured Imagery' (what am I, made of money?).
OTT! Hands down, I've never been a fan of billet work until this came out. 1914 had made me realize how good mentalism can be. Thank you for your reviews
52 Explorations by Andi Gladwin and Jack Parker is my favourite release this year. It's such a beautiful book and so detailed. The effects are fantastic too. There's nothing quite like a magic book.
For me I would say The Mentalism Factory by Scott Creasey, I did also purchase in 2022 Setting The Stage by Eric Samuels although it was released in 2020. Both highly recommend 😊
If it counts, my favorite release was the reprinting of Sonata by Juan Tamariz. If a reprint doesn't count, then it would be Fortuna by David Jonathan and Nikolas Mavresis.
For me, there was a tie between "Mythology Codex" by Phillip Smith and "Kenton Principles" by Kenton Knepper for best my personal best mentalism items of 2022.
Quantum Deck by Craig Petty. A lot of strong mentalism can be done with it. But because it was marketed as a CAAN, few have realized its potential for this
My favorite mentalism piece from 2022 would have to be hands-down Lewis Le Val’s “star-map” star sign divination! ✨it’s been my go-to completely propless star sign divination since launch and it’s a thing of beauty. Beats all previously published work on the subject IMO 😊
My favourite mentalism release of 2022 would be The Definitive Mental Mysteries of Hector Chadwick! Also happy new year Nique! Cant wait for what lies ahead in mentalism!
My favorite mentalisim release this past year was a free item from Stunninger at the Magic Café. His SMCPD. From my understanding, he will be releasing it for sale sometime this year. When he does, I do hope you will do a review of it. Myself, I will definitely be purchasing it when it is released.
Thank you all so much for your participation in this giveaway! Thank you all for watching and for your support as well on my UA-cam journey and I hope to do more for you all in future!

Congrats on the win!
There were so many good tricks this year! But my favorite might just be Keymaster by Craig Petty. The routines and possibilities with it are awesome! Thank you Nique for the awesome review and giveaway.
OTT for me. 1914 are doing great stuff. Books are autographed, brilliant
My favorite by far is Diamond Cutter by Amanda Nepo... it's such a great effect!
First I would like to wish you a Happy and Healthy New Year, always enjoy your reviews. Looking forward what will becoming in 2023😊. My favorite is the Orphic wallet from 1914, great peek feature and switching built in. Thank you for your generosity.

Past, Present and Future. Thank you.
If we're stuck in/on 2022, I'm gonna have to go with Coffee Cups & Beans, though I also like Super Lemon a lot. BTW: Anytime you can giggle while reading a magic book, you know it's good stuff. Cheers, Nique!

My favorite release.. hmm so many to choose from, but my Orphic wallet by the 1914 team has served me well in 2022.
Best release in 2022 for me is Pitata Memo pad. I just purchased it and looks forward to using it soon :)
First, I greatly appreciate your reviews and many thanks for your channel. I subscribe to dozens of magic channels (mainly mentalism and coins), but yours is at the head of the pack.
