Yeah, I was saying to my training buddy about my plan to rotate it fully, very inefficient in one respect, but it allows me to get the stone back into the same position on the lap as it was upon the floor, which offers by far the best grip as there is only one small crack in this stone, so very much worth the energy expenditure to facilitate a very strong standup to high chest! Got to love natural stone lifting, took around 20 attempts of puzzling it out before this was the ultimate conclusion. 🪨🏴🙏🙌🏻

I disagree . If we consider body weight to natural stone to shoulder ratio, I have done x1.56 body weight to shoulder and Tom has done x0.94 body weight to shoulder, so I’ll take the win here. This stone here is the equivalent of Tom shouldering a 280kg natural stone, when he does this then I’ll agree with you. The king of the natural stones is Regan Bridge, he has lifted to chest a stone of 2.18x body weight which is insane. Dave Nisbet a close second with a shoulder of around 1.8x body weight.
