They need a filing receipt in order to open up my business account with the bank, and I cannot do that unless I register as a corporation or an LLC so confusing and do not have funds for a lawyer I started the process as a LLC, but I don’t know since I am a so proprietor what name I should put under service of process name. Should it be my entities name or should it be my personal name?
I called the secretary of state for North Carolina in search of a registered agent of a corporation. They told me that is not a service that they offer. I’m starting to think the person on the phone did not know what they were talking about.

This is very confusing. You are a legal accounting company that is making money on the side by advertising interesting and correct information to viewers that may not have known a variety of topics in your business. But then you put a fucking disclaimer saying its just for entertainment and not legal advise..... which directly gives the wrong message. Of course you are giving legal advice, its free legal advise but it's still legal advice. Are you lying to people for entertainment? No? Then your telling the truth then, everything you say is correct. Now just because you're not directly telling what they should or shouldn't do, giving them correct information is still legal advice
This channel provides education. That is different from advice. He did not make one recommendation on what to do. He educated on the fact that there are options in what to do. Disclaimers are legal protection for businesses. Do you not have anything better to do then to criticize people's channels? Why not make your own and do it better.
