The Spartan is definitely my favourite
Eversince i was a child i loved your intro this is why i always watch vids with that intro
the Impulse 31 is floating to dry which means that you got to trim it so that he is lifting up his nose a little at full throttle.
Also you can move the lipo's a little backwards to get the perfect central point,
I run a Impulse 31 v2 myself with a leopard 4074/2200 kv on 6s with a 180 A esc and with a cupped and ballanced prop.

Have a Spartan myself. Change out the motor cooling sleeve to an aluminum. That's where your taking on water. The stock cooling sleeve leaks like a sieve.

Dudes a tennis ball on an old fishing reel makes quick work of stalled boats.
FYI the Spartan is leaking water via the stock rubber cooling jacket guys. Replace that and make good use of the RC Boat Bitz dual water inlet rudder to keep things cool. I can't imagine it getting so much water inside with all that tape around the hatch. It's definitly the cooling jacket. Keep up with the great job!!
