What I really like about your videos is that you tend to show raw emotions in it. Happiness, sadness, misery, regret, hope. Every possible emotion a human might feel while doing such a thing, which makes it feel really relatable for anyone watching because I am sure if not all but most of the people go through these but no one is willing to show it on camera and be brave enough to admit it. Besides that, amazing work and shots. And of course, Northern Pakistan is love ❤
Finally- The day has come and I have been watching your videos from the scratch when you started and now I can see you are doing great in a professional way - you are an inspiration for all and best part is you are blunt 😀 no lies no drama - just emotions .. best of luck
I did the gondogoro la pass as well this year. It was an amazing experience and we were the 3rd group this year in July to have made it across the pass and the only group brave enough to do it on the specific day as all other groups had to return back the same way due to the conditions at the pass. The snow conditions on ggla were very bad which made the climb so much more strenuous. We did do the hike very fast in that we made it to Concordia in 5 days, with stops being Jhula, Paiju, Khoburtse, Goro 1, and Concordia. Only 2 in my group along with the guide, chef, and porters. Then the broad peak and K2 base camps and back to Concordia (a strenuous day). Our only rest day was Concordia then to Ali camp, then Khushbang after crossing ggla then finally walked straight to Saico for our last camp. I managed to get my tour operator to do a rapid one as I had added in the Nanga Parbat fairy meadows and base camp to my K2 itinerary for the same time period. But was an adventure of a lifetime and now back to the boring routine back home in the UK! You made a mistake by not having dry bags with you to store your clothes as no duffel bag will be 100% waterproof!

Well done Flora. I did this trail way back as a young man. It’s the world’s most beautiful and yet the toughest and most challenging; no doubts about it. The best tip, given to me which I give to all others: keep drinking water with electrolytes and always wear light coloured clothes like white or khakis. Keep your morale up. If you’re a young and fit person, nothing is going to happen to you. The end is far more accomplished and fulfilling than you could ever imagine.

Amaxing Flora...In honor of your efforts in this trek, I watched almost all of it by standing up...well until the very end when I finally collapsed on my comfortable sofa with a huge plate of dinner, LOL....oh the bit about the poor goats who don't exist anymore, made me smile and feel sad at the same time.
