Brilliant to share your thoughts on the channel. Thanks. It would be of great leap forward if you can ship some new generation trucks to the Motherland so that some of those junkyard trucks can be retired from the roads. I think every contribution can help transform the continent @moussatall8503
Yep, you're right. Chinese trucks are gaining popularity across Africa due to their affordable prices, easy accessibility and their ability to serve the immediate needs of transporters @AtomiserDQ
Hi Mate, Depending on the brand/make, year of manufacture, country of origin and the condition of the truck, the majority of the tractor heads which were seen in the video, being DAF, MAN, Mercedes Benz, Iveco, Scania, Volvo maybe cost an average of 20,000 Euro/ 22,000 USD - 120,000 Euro/ 130,000 USD equivalent in local currencies for used ones. New tractor heads may cost between 180,000 Euro/ 195,000 USD - 250,000 Euro/ 270,000 USD upwards in local currency equivalent. Whilst new Chinese made tractor head brands like DongFeng, FAW, FOTON, Howo, Sinotruk, Shacman trucks may cost between 32,000 Euro/ 34,000 USD - 58,000 Euro/ 63,000 USD equivalent in local currencies.
