    One simple error in your throwing mechanics or pitching mechanics can lead to breakdowns further into the throw. The positioning of the arm and how the ball is lift can cause the biomechanical fault seen in the video but biomechanical inefficiencies can also be caused by weakness or lack of range of motion. Valgus knee position in landing is often the result of weakness in the lateral hip muscles/ hip abductors that must be strong to abduct the hip and stabilize the pelvis after landing.
