Hey guys and welcome back to Mad About Skin where in todays video I want to share with you a NIOD Copper Amino Isolate Lipid review and help you to work out whether this advanced anti-ageing skincare product is actually worth the money.
I have been reluctant to try the NIOD Copper Amino Isolate Lipid since it came back in stock and thats mainly as a result of the high price point which the brand charges for this product. However with one online publication declaring it to be the most advanced anti-ageing serum on the market my curiosity got the better of me and I popped one on order.
In this video I want to share with you some information about copper peptides, my own peptide before and after story and results and of course how to use the niod copper amino isolate lipid if you ant the best results.

👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 I’ve been waiting for a review of CAIL. Thanks, Rob! I was reading reviews for CAIL on the NIOD website and quite a few people were complaining that so much of the product ended up wasted because it rapidly oozed out of the tube when you open it up using the cap. A few people suggested that it’s best to keep the seal on it and take a pin to puncture the top rather than making a larger opening. They said it was much easier to control how much comes out of the tube and no longer experienced wasted product. 📌

This is one of my holy grails. So much so I bought 2 last year in the november sale. I use it every night after retinol and moisturiser. I forgot about it for a while but started again. I'm never forgetting it again! My pigmentation has definitely lessened. And texture is better. I'm 52 so yes it's good for the age!
Product update: After 5 days of using this my 51 year old skin couldn't be happier. I haven't felt this hydrated and plump in years. Thank you again for the recommendation.

@@jpintero6330 I am still using it. I’m very happy with the results. I’m 52 with dry skin and it definitely hydrates and plumps my skin well. Hope that helps.
I’m on my second tube. The first one lasted me 3 and a half months using it every night. It can’t be used with vitamin C but it can be used with retinols. I usually wait an hour after using it and then put on my retinol. I am very pleased with it and planning to order more during the sale. Phyllis Heller

This is the best product I use; I could let all the rest go but not this one. I use it on damp skin and am a bit haphazard when applying it and weirdly it has grown my eyelashes massively (I put it round my eyes). No idea why. It’s the best for my skin and my eyelashes look loads better. Would love to know your comparison between the lipid and the liquid copper peptides from Niod xx
Thank goodness! Someone who talks about whether a product can be used with retinols. I use Tretinoin and it can be quite drying so a moisturiser on top is essential for me. I would let the Tretinoin sink in wherever possible before using a product on top but I am definitely going to try this one. I have had a tube for ages but have hardly used it because of the Tretinoin so a big THANK YOU from me. ☺️
I really appreciate all of your videos. Being 33 I’m having a pretty solid routine at the moment I don’t think I’m going to try this just yet. But I am definitely going to work it into my routine when I get closer to 40.
This is the only & most expensive skincare product I own and willing to pay the high price for. I am convinced there is no dupe that can give me the same visible result for my 55 yr old face. I bought a 15 mil during last years Slovember sale just to try it, and within a month, the lines on my face were visibly diminished and my face looked drastically plummed up. And after i ran out, I went without it for a few weeks. That’s when I noticed my skin went back to look deflated and lines more visible and saggy. I don’t think I can go without it now and since I only use 4 drops in the evening (that’s all it takes_) , the 50 ml bottle actually lasts over 6 month for me. Honestly not many products out there, you can get visible gratification in weeks not years…so i am willing to splurge for this one produc.t

hey Rob, I have now been using it for well over a year and would not be without it. I love it. It is so good and I am only 25 but my skin feels so much more plump and soft when I use it. I have very bad acne and it also does not aggravate it but it does not help it either. I just love how soft it makes my skin. Nothing compares to it

I can not recommend this product enough. I think you notice the results more when you have more mature skin (like I do), which might be why he does not notice it as much. But trust me, I have fat loss in my tear trough and cheeks, and this was amazing.

Hey Rob just to let you know (and more to let your viewers know) that it IS possible to use make up over the top of the CAIL but what you need to do is the following-apply it on cleansed toned skin and then wait until it is completely absorbed (In contrast to usually applying your next product on slightly damp skin]and only then use any further serums plus moisturizer if you need one and you can then apply make up over the top as long as you use a very good gripping primer 😊

I use this, it is expensive but a tiny bit goes a looooooong way
I always wanted to try this version but kept hearing that people didn't like it and I listened. Even though I love a highly oily product. I use oils night and day, oily vit c, heavy moisturizers, and even straight ointment to slug. I was about to buy this one but I never saw some specific changes with the serum version but always wondered if I don't use enough. I use the copper buffet in the day and I have used the serum version of this at night. I put little pumps in all of my 30 ml skincare bottles and only use one pump. Which equals a few drops at most. I have good skin and at worst it gets dehydrated over the day, especially if I wear powder cheek products. I just don't know if I want to spend so much I am skimping on application and getting no benefit. I am sure there is some and using small amounts yields slower results so I don't notice. I know my skin has certainly more bounce and hydration than 5 years but I am dutiful with my many products morning and night every day

I tried cais3 and cial in last November's sale. I noticed an improvement with copper peptides but for me tretinoin made the biggest difference in skin texture, fitness and elasticity, taking 25 years off if my skin last Nov I am also night repigment in the VA sake with amazing results on stubborn dark spots and melasma. From there I did it a trial of prescription azelaic acid in addition to tret. With all that I wouldn't say I say the same skin evening results just with CIAL. I finished that tube and an trying CIAS 3. I find the application easier and use CIAS in the morning as a quick routine. I am happy to do a longer routine at night. At one point I used CIAS is the morning and cial at night, but think that cost too much for the benefit. That said I have had more dryness and skin irritation since I switched to CIAS from CIAL. I can fix that with modulating glucosides. Look forward to hear how you feel with a longer try. Tempted by a longer try but I am getting really good results with tret and MAS serum at night I think I will wait for your report
I love my Vit C in the morning and my tret at night. My skin literally glows. I'm tempted to get prescription azelaic acid for my sun spots ( my only real bug bear) but am curious to try the repigment in the sale period

Sounds good. Have you done a video on the amazon brand creams that have retinol..matrixl etc in? I want to know on a scale of 1 to 10 of useless..where they fit in 😅🤣

Thanks - I’ve been tempted! How often are you using this? Since it doesn’t play well with so many other things, I have struggled with giving up other items and their benefits in my routine to use it.
Go for it! That used to be my worry but I spoke with the head rep with DECIEM in my area and the only thing that does not play well is Vit C. Like Rob has said most people like to use their vit c products in that AM for a bright glow then let the copper peptides work their magic at night! Since I have been using first the Sub Q ( now discontinued by DECIEM!) but moved up to the copper isolate serum and this one ( go back and forth because they are essentially the same but the one above has a an added boost) and WOW my skin is noticeably different and baby smooth! Before this I was considering botox and my goodness my lines are diminished! So what I saved on botox I can thank this product! I am in my early 50s and I do eat a moderately decent diet along with no sunbathing or tanning. I hope that helps! Sorry for the novel lol!! xx
It truly helps with less sagginess too! I also drink tons of water! I am only adding these things so if people read it they cant just use this and smoke or drink heavily and such and expect it to erase it all lol! I am no angel but try to do these things in moderation if I am spending this much on good products,xx

Thanks, great video....Have you used the serum version? And if so...do you think he CAIL and the CAIS are equal in strength? I thought I was the only one using this! Everyone seems to be using the CAIS, serum. I love it, Don't know If i'm going repurchase based on the cost. I may go with Skin Biology Copper Peptide Serum...I have to look into it and weigh the pros and cons.
It's the same strength but the product above has an extra boost with the lipids to plump the skin but the copper isolate formula is exact and is amazing! If you are on the fence try the copper isolate first as it is just a bit less pricey and a little also goes a long way. This info is from the head rep at DECIEM in my area and my own experience! Rob first peaked my interest in the brand and I am committed now as I have seen a major difference! ( see my novel above on another person's post lol!)

Is there a risk of increased facial hair with this one (CAIL), as with the serum (CAIS3)? Would love some advice! I've already got 99 problems and I don't need another one.
no there isn't. I found when I used buffer copper or buffet yes but not with this one. I believe it's because of matrixyl which is in the buffet. Same happened to me when using matrixyl or buffet+copper.
