      No she said she never cheated and only cheated with the other guy one time. She keeps cheating and lying she can’t tell the truth. That’s why he’s on her so much. If anything he should leave because she can’t stop being promiscuous.

      Just like when a woman is cheated on, it takes time for the cheater to rebuild trust. He had a valid reason to feel like he did, having the paternity doubt. Seeing the children daily, not knowing for sure if they’re yours AND having your wife admit to seeking the friend to sleep with.
      Now that he knows those children are his, some of the weight has been lifted and he probably will be able to slowly move forward.

    I’m not saying the woman in the second case’s mother should’ve lied for her, but the mother should’ve stayed out of it all together. That wasn’t her place to go and run her mouth. Then to come to court with this, smh. Sad.

    When the Judge provides the polygraph test results before the dna reveal, it's not going to be good.

      Polygraph tests are not accurate being nervous, can give false readings and think individual is lying. That is the reason the most of States polygraph tests aren't admissible in court.

    I disagree with Judge Lake on the 2nd case.
    You SHOULD be able to confide in your own MOTHER. That was a HUGE betrayal. I'd NEVER do my kids like that.
    She should've kept that between the two of them. Like what was the REASON for her to divulge that information to anyone else?
    It would be a long time before I spoke to her again.

    SMH The second case whew lawd. The mama was dead wrong. Her daughter came to her and she ran back being messy. She should have allowed them to figure it out in court. But her aiding his doubt didn’t help.

    Keep in mind, lie detectors aren't perfect. If the question is worded in a complicated way, then it can give a false result.

I was rooting for the dude to not be the father, because the baby mama is a hot mess. He took a job in another state to get away from her. I had to turn down the volume every time she spoke because she couldn't do it without hollering.

    1st case: The lady is a liar. I wouldn't trust her neither.
    2nd case: thus the reason I will always say that parent(s) should not get involve in their grown children business where their marriage is concern (paternity court wise). Anyway, when she said he went to the store and never came back till a month later whilst she was sick tells me alot.
    3rd Case: I really don't understand why some women feel that they would be more understood by talking extremely louder than everyone else. Anyway, she did what she did and owned up to it. He feeling the need to embarrass her in open court but sleeping around with multiple people as well. A mess.

      I think I see why she had to be louder in the 3rd case. In case it wasn't noticed, they kept talking OVER HER when the Judge asked HER the questions. They wanted to get THEIR narrative out first and not let her speak. She was given no choice but to start being louder over time since it was clear they have no respect for her and therefore won't respect her by letting her talk.

    Some women need to understand that while the guy was cheating, you are the one who gets pregnant. Therefore, he does not know if that is his baby or not. Claiming “you cheated too!” Is not a justification to claim that “it’s his baby!” He has every right to wonder and want a DNA test. That’s not shaming you for cheating, that’s being realistic because we don’t know who the father is, so quit being mad when the paternity tests come out.

      Lie detector tests are not reliable hence they are not admissible in court, look into it… it tracks your heartbeat, and all that jazz which can easily go off just because you’re anxious

    2nd case: When will women learn when he sleeps around it could be a paternity issue with someone else. When a woman sleeps around it's a paternity issue with her. When you tell him you slept around doesn't make it right neither does it make him the father.

    It’s crazy how a woman can cheap admit that she cheated yet be mad that a man isn’t supporting her baby. How can you expect a man to support a child that he does not know is his first of all second of all yes the the man cheated and that’s wrong but a man cannot get pregnant so he doesn’t have a baby that he doesn’t know who the father is. The woman has a baby and doesn’t know who the father is so while it is wrong for men to cheat. It is women who get pregnant and can’t expect men to support their child when they don’t know if they’re the father or not.

    Oh please. Not every child will look like the dad or his side of the family. It’s formed in the mother’s body and she has a family side too. Males if you sleep around without wearing protection you can’t say that the females tricked you or trying to pin a child on you.     I’m sorry, the first guy is too tightly wound. Ladies? You know that guy - the one who is SO insecure that even when you have a good thing going, he’s paranoid. It’s like they WANT to believe you’re a bad person, and you’re humiliating them.
