The BOI report requires a physical address and not a virtual address. So, you could use your home or other physical address as the business address. Here is the guidance from FinCEN: www.fincen.gov/boi-faqs#F_12
We stopped using our business about a year and a half ago and my tax guy said it should automatically close after a year of not touching it. Do I still need to file for this even though it's an inactive business that is more than likely closed?
Good news - we just found out a Texas court ruled the BOI filing as unconstitutional, so the report is no longer required, unless the decision is appealed and overturned on appeal: ua-cam.com/users/shorts2CTgj5iaRBk?feature=share

Thought this was put on hiatus. Texas is fighting this and we all should if we value our sovereignty as a nation.
It was put on hiatus, but on 12/23, it was reinstated by another court. The report is now due by 1/1/25 again.
I believe the new due date is January 13 2025. @@TaxTutor
If I don't have a business address, should I get a virtual office before moving forward with the BOI report & if so, are there any you recommend?
