At age 35, despite being only slightly over weight, my HBA1C came out to 8.3.
I stopped eating all the non-sense products and in 6 months I became lean and fit, with HBA1C coming at 6. (No medication).
I give you a huge credit to open my eyes on sugar content and sodium content in these non sense products.

I keep reading these articles in the news paper and wondering why isn't anyone doing anything. Shame on these companies and Shame on the government for doing it's work so poorly and playing with our lives. We need more of this and more of people like him to bring a health revolution.

The government should dictate all FMCG companies to stop using palm oil and restrict the usage of sugar to a certain admissible limit. Good Job and thank you Food Pharmer for creating such an awareness across India
For that palm oil imports should be reduced and sunflower oil production should be increased
Yes, and I am personally ready to pay ₹40 for a ₹20 pack of biscuits, if they discard the palm oil and unnecessary additives. (Cane) Sugar is fine in little quantity.
What’s wrong with palm oil? It’s refined oils that are the problems! Yeah palm has an issue but it’s more of an environmental not the health

I have removed corn flakes, bournvita, cream and choco biscuits, frozen desserts, any chips that contains palm oil from my diet. Good habits take a bit longer to develop. I regret munching on chips (palm oil free) occasionally though. I will get rid of this habit soon. Thank you so much Sir for spreading this awareness.
