@@ZoldicsDiariesIt isn't illegal, it's just that EU has very strict regulations, India doesn't have any regulations which is the cause of our situation, and it isn't just MNCs, as far as I remember Dabur honey was banned by EU because of added sugars and chemicals which werent mentioned in the label, but the Indian government did not take a single action, it is still the most popular honey brand in India

FSSAI is just a figure head, I don't want to write everything here but Dabur honey was banned by EU for violating health regulations but the Indian government the home of the company didn't take a single action
FSSAI is more of a licensing authority.. we need a dedicated statutory authority that has powers to ban and summon brands on their false marketing and toxic unhealthy ingredients
None does that willfully. Go out of your house where healthy breakfast it's not easily available or costly then, you may stay resting unhealthy foods too. No one eats unhealthy things willfully. At least not most people.
Don’t eat packaged food. I live in d west. We don’t eat packaged stuff except for sometimes as exceptions. I haven’t had chips in almost a year. Once u get used to it, it’s hard to start eating it again

I am from Karnataka, it used to boil my blood when I see our people (especially from northern part of our country) consume that Maggie for "breakfast", thank you for exposing all the non-sense of these food manufacturing companies and I wish all the best for this campaign. FSSAI must also work a lot in updating its regulations - for this to happen which ever Govt that takes up next, must give highest priority to this and increase funds to FSSAI to save India.

FSSAI is just a figure head, I don't want to write everything here but Dabur honey was banned by EU for violating health regulations but the Indian government the home of the company didn't take a single action
FSSAI is more of a licensing authority.. we need a dedicated statutory authority that has powers to ban and summon brands on their false marketing and toxic unhealthy ingredients
None does that willfully.
Go out of your house where healthy breakfast it's not easily available or costly then, you may stay resting unhealthy foods too.
No one eats unhealthy things willfully. At least not most people.
