Thank you!! Yeah, the sticker thing can get out of hand sometimes. We often apply ours to the back of the sign or the post itself, to avoid actually covering the words on the sign. I'm not a huge fan of rolling up on a sign that is illegible, either. 😒
Hi from the UK thanks for another great film we could all learn alot from your attitude towards adventure long may you both continue ride safe stay free
What a delightful trip on the back roads of Ruta 40. Happy trails to you, as old Roy Rogers use to say. Nice music made the trip even more enjoyable. Godspeed.
Just love the quiet roads and the landscape and the easy way you are travelling, not to a schedule, and allowing your sense of adventure to be free. Great filming and narration - thank you so much.❤
Thank you as always for the kind words and supporting the channel! Traveling by the seat of our pants definitely has drawbacks, but the freedom it affords us is priceless!! 🍻
Living your dreams is the best way to live, wherever that takes you...its called passion and that is what you both have.... in abundance.@@TwoWheelsThreeSheets
Again the Argentinian wild west remind me of the American southwest and the Mexican northwest 100 years ago. Another ***** video And spaghetti 🍝 western in motorcycle 🏍 I can't wait for Torres del Paine 👍
Wow, I've particularly enjoyed these last 2 episodes Brought back some great memories. I spent 10 days hiking up around Paso San Francisco & an observatory on Incahausi. And grappa? Jesus on a pogo stick, firewater doesn't even begin to describe. I understand you're in Guyana right now. Stay safe, eh? Several security threats recently in that part of the continent.
Grappa!!! 😅 Luckily I only bought the small bottle... Very cool - nothing like a stroll down memory lane! 🖤 Yup, in Georgetown trying to figure out how to get the Moto back to Central America. Everything seems pretty chill for the most part, except for the fact that the American Embassy wouldn't let me in the front door!! 😅😒
Wicked landscapes. It is Wierd that you were escorted out of that area of the moon. Lol. BTW, I love your retirement home! Thanks for another terrific video! Ps. Good luck in your knife fight with the Kool-Aid man!
Ha ha - I ain't messing with the Kool-Aid man after what he used to do all those brick walls!! We're still taking quotes from qualified contractors to remodel the villa. We'll let you know how it turns out! 😁
They often call Adventure Riders "Power Rangers"... But with some of the lunar Landscapes we have been exploring, I think astronauts is more fitting! 👍
The scenery was very reminiscent of the southwest in the states and the north central partion of Spain. The drone work on this one was really good as well. Good shout to get Chad out of the populos before he tucked into the firewater Another great episode.
Caught up with previous episodes while you both take a short break!! Always a gem thrown in with every episode.... 'Chad nearly got in a knife fight with the Coolaide guy' 😂🤣😂 what a couple!!! 😄🤘
As always, a terrific episode. The landscape reminds me of where I grew up in the Little Karoo in South Africa. Say, do you still have the CB 500X stateside ?
Another great video thanks for sharing, that place you went to where they wanted to make sure you were going back to where you came from, was that a gold mine or what, just curious, this place your currently traveling through is a place to my liking, no people which is what I like, the more remote the better I like it, well take care you two and hang in there. Rob stateside
Thank you!! The break discs have been zip-tied into submission for the time being. They still rattle around a bit, but they're not nearly as bad as they were...
We've already explored about as far as we can down south. Heading North now through the 3Gs, back to Central America and roads North! But thank you for the offer! 💪🍻
I rode my motorcycle to work today, 10 miles of slab & traffic. It was awesome. Just kidding, your videos are awesome! And great humor. You two are rocking it. I had grappa in Italy, tasted like rocket fuel left over from WW II, but had to have another. Keep up the adventure & videos! 👍🏻
Hey, it could have been worse - you could have been stuck in your car for 20 minutes in traffic!! 😉 Yeah, I'm really more of a Scotch guy myself... 🥃 Thank you, as always, for the kind words and for supporting the channel!! 💪
Just wanted to thank yall for the great entertainment you've given me. I have been biten by the motorcycle bug and truly love the adv. style you guys do. Just purchased an African Twin with the hope of doing some adv touring myself. I looked to see if you guys had a pay pal account but wasn't able to find any. If you guys do accept donations would love to send yall a little something for the best entertainment I've come across on Y/T. Happy trails you two.
Congrats on the new AT!! 👏 Where are you based? Thanks for the kind words! Glad that we could serve as a bit of inspiration to get out there and hit the road. No, we don't do the patron or gofundme thing, But maybe if we cross pass on the road somewhere, you can buy us a beer! 😉🍻
@TwoWheelsThreeSheets I live in Beaufort N.C. a little town on the coast. Halfway point between NY and Fla. There are beautiful uninhabited beaches here, some with wild ponies left over from the shipwrecks off our coast back in Blackbeard's day, known as the graveyard of the Atlantic. Great place to sail. If you ever find yourselves here, yall have a place stay. O
Finally got all caught up with the videos. Great stuff guys! Taking people to a part of the world many will not get to see. I'm really enjoying the journey. Heading down to Chile and Patagonia this week so I'm looking forward to seeing some of these beautiful sights in person. Keep up the great work!
Unfortunately not. That would be awesome though. We'll have 4 wheels and 2 feet. We'll have a couple days in Santiago, exploring the city and then flying down to Balmeceda and tackling the Carretera Austral. Pretty much everything from Tortel to Chaiten is on the agenda. A lot of hiking mainly, in the national parks, and whitewater rafting on the Futaleufu and kayaking the marble caves. Other than that just going to take our time and explore and see as much as we can in 2 weeks. We are taking a wine tour in Santiago too. It'll be nice to get away from the rat race for a little bit.
@travelingRonman very cool. Ruta!7 is absolutely amazing! If the water levels are right, be sure to raft the Terminator on the Futa. It is the biggest whitewater commercial rafted in the world!! Also, out of Rio Tranquilo, be sure to drive the road up towards Glacier Explodadores. It is one of the best side roads on all of the Carratera Austral!!!!
Hahaha I love this one. "Between 50¢ and a dollar" Also, you guys make an incredible team. I've got nowhere near as much luggage on the bike and I can still see how well you both move so well off-road on that bike. 👊🤟
Cool stuff. UA-cam is getting flooded by adventure motorcycle riders now. Mostly copycats. I just caught on to you; you guys are the real deal. Rose, superb job narrating.
Any particular reason you didn't continue on Ruta 40 to Cachi, Abra del Acay, San Antonio de los Cobres, Susques and further north to the end of Ruta 40?
How much was it again? Anyway, as an Italian citizen, love me some grappa. Oh, and just before you mentioned it resembled the American southwest, I was just thinking Rose was at home there, because it all looked so much like the geography and pueblos around Albuquerque. I'll be there in two weeks, BTW, will be looking for the La Cumbre brewery, there are two of them according to google.
Well, it depends on whether or not you're using the white rate or the blue rate... 😅 Ha ha, very cool!! I didn't realize they had two locations. Perhaps they opened a new Tap Room somewhere. Either way, you're in for some great IPA!! 🍻 Welcome to the land of Entrapment!! 😳
Hello! Great adventure! I’m sure somewhere you’ve answered these questions, but year is your Africa Twin? How many miles on it? And most of all, what tires are you running? I have a 2016 DCT and love it.
Thank you!! It's a 2017 manual transmission with approximately 88,000 km on the clock. Most of our time in South America, we've been running Michelin Anarchy adventures. Not because we want to, but it's the only tires we can reliably find in 90/90-21 & 150/70-18...
Wouldn't that be nice. It sure would make this whole shipping thing a lot easier... So far, about 8 different agents and companies in 2 countries, and nada... 😒
Ha ha! Well, three sheets is a bit of a double entender, but if you notice, our logo is a must with three sheets over an Africa Twin... The eventual plan is to transition to living on a sailboat, and sailing our 2 wheels (possibly 4) around the world.
Enjoyable videos. Have never understood the 'stickers on signs' things though....covering info that will be useful to other travellers

Well you were right!. Kept it upright on the grapa. Trailer ahoy!!.
Fanks for the look around.
Happy travels you two 😎
