Biktarvy was making gain so much weight than I switched to devato is a lot better lost a few pounds but I still have some body fat it’s only been a month since I went back to gym I am 34 it’s been honestly depressing I weight 174 I was 160 I am 5’7

If your ARV is LTE u cant do that.
You can still do it. Just take the pill at night, if possible. But I think E is being phased out and we are at TLD at present as the first line.

I have been on meds (Truvada/Efavirenz) since 2019. But one thing I found difficult is my body image, I seem to struggle to gain weight, I have been losing weight slowly despite my viral load undetectable for last 2 years, and I was very aware of that, often having to compensate by eating more but it doesnt help me gain weight. I am staying at 65-66kg now, I used to be 70-72kg. Do you have any advice?
If you’re already eating a bunch and not gaining weight, a ‘mass gainer protein’ supplement may help…

Don’t see a problem with it but ask your doctor to make sure that the other ingredients in your protein powder do not interact with your med’s absorption

What about renal function over time and elevated LFTs?
Definitely a discussion to have with a medical professional. I’ve had this discussion with my doc, he approved all my supplements and my labs have always come back stellar 🙌🏽
