Do the Rubberbandits count? I think they count. The current rap I've listened to isn't on most people's radar -- Kneecap, Kojaque, Ho99o9, and I guess Bob Vylan counts although their style has a lot of punk and metal aspects too. So does Ho99o9, come to think of it. They're a lot more punk than hip hop, really.
